Karrueche Tran Says She’s Not Getting Back Together With Chris Brown Following Instagram Feud
Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown may have ignited reunion rumors following the release of Brown’s “Back To Sleep (Remix)” last month, but it looks like Karrueche is making it clear that she has no interest in reconciling with Chris Brown following the conclusion of their heated Instagram feud over the weekend.
Last week, Chris Brown sparked an Instagram dispute with Karrueche Tran’s manager, Jacob York, after taking to the social media site to warn model India Love Westbrooks, who is one of York’s clients, against wearing a t-shirt that shows Brown hanging with former girlfriend, Rihanna.

“Hey….I know that shirt *side-eyes emoji*,” Chris Brown began in his Instagram post on Thursday before warning Westbrooks with the message, “@jacobyork fat a** is gonna have a speech for you. I respect the support.”
In response to Brown’s message, Jacob York took to his own personal Instagram account to share a cryptic quote which reads, “When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you,” prompting Chris to lash out at York’s passive aggressive response in the comment section of the manager’s post, the Shade Room reports.
“THIS N**** KNOW HE A SNITCH IN ATLANTA AND HE A SNAKE. N**** can’t see his d*** when he p*** wit all that GUT,” Chris began before accusing Jacob York of being “too afraid” to confront him about their “issues.”

“So he’ll now say something very mature or stupid or may not even respond. It’s only maturity when u talk to a man face to face and look him in his eyes and explain your issues. He too afraid of that,” Chris Brown continues before going on to diss ex-girlfriend Karrueche by calling her “vulnerable,” “barely famous,” and “distraught.”
“He’d rather capitalize off every vulnerable barely famous emotionally distraught female with a pretty FACE. YOU FEAR ME N****!”
While it’s unclear what led up to Chris Brown and Jacob York’s exchange, fans allege that Chris is upset with Jacob York for encouraging Karrueche Tran to discuss her tumultuous relationship with Brown in the media.
It didn’t take long for fans to alert Karrueche of the escalating spat between Chris Brown and Jacob York, prompting the model to respond to Chris with her own message via Instagram.
“You’re calling me a b**** yet you’re screaming my name in a song about getting back together? CAN ALL THIS PETTY S*** STOP. IT IS SO UNNECESSARY,” Karrueche began in response to Brown before telling the “Loyal” singer that she’s “so over the drama” and wishes that he would allow her to “work and be happy and take care of my family.”
On Saturday, photographers caught up with Karrueche in West Hollywood while the model casually dined with a close friend for lunch before proceeding to press her with questions regarding her feelings towards Brown following their public spat.
When asked if she thinks there’s hope for a reunion between herself and Chris Brown in the future, Karrueche replied with a simple, “Nope,” before getting into the passenger’s seat of her friend’s car, the Hollywood Fix reports.
The news comes just days after Jacob York spoke out about his confrontation with Chris Brown to TMZ, telling the site that he did not encourage Karrueche Tran to split from Chris Brown last year.
“I think [Chris] needs to keep me out of their personal life and take actions for what he did,” York reportedly told the site, noting that it was Chris’ decision to have “a kid behind KT’s back” that led Karrueche to end their on-again, off-again romance.
