Caitlyn Jenner Lands H&M Sportswear Deal Amid Reality Show Cancellation Crisis

Caitlyn Jenner has reportedly landed herself a multi-million dollar sportswear deal with H&M, having used her official Instagram account to confirm the news.

The 66-year-old former athlete-turned-reality star has been bombarded with offers ever since she announced her gender transformation last year, and it seems the proposals just keep on pouring in.

While the fashion empire has yet to reveal further information in regard to Caitlyn’s sportswear deal, Jenner took to her social media account, where she sported an entire ensemble believed to be from the upcoming H&M line.

The TV-personality poses for the camera in the distance as she’s photographed in what appears to be a gym-like scenery, making it evidently clear that a commercial for the sportswear line is already being shot for a forthcoming release.

“Backstage with @HM! So proud to be part of their inspiring #HMSport campaign. #MoreIsComing #StayTuned,” Caitlyn Jenner gushes on her Instagram page, giving fans a first-look glimpse as to what they can expect from the upcoming collection.

Reports claim that finalizing the deal with Jenner on board most certainly didn’t come cheap. Page Six suggests that Caitlyn will most certainly be looking at a seven-figure payout, well aware that her supposed influence on the transgender community will drive an enormous fan base to purchase plenty of H&M’s sportswear gear.

The company has yet to reveal further information regarding the collection, but judging from the photo that was posted on Instagram just hours ago, Jenner is sponsoring head-to-toe sportswear including black sneakers, a track jacket and a matching pair of leggings.

Despite having been asked to sponsor endless products in the last couple of months, including those related to hair, beauty and lingerie, Jenner seems to be content with the two deals she is is currently linked to.

Caitlyn is currently backing MAC Cosmetics, having finalized her reported seven-figure deal last month. MAC Cosmetics, owned by Estée Lauder, already has Kendall Jenner on their sponsorship line-up, making it more or less a family affair under the same branch.

The KUWTK star’s deal with MAC comes just days after reports alleged that the socialite’s reality show, I Am Cait, is facing an unexpected cancellation. The show’s Season 2 opener only gained a measly 745,000 in viewership, which is down from its first series debut, attracting 2.7 million viewers and maintaining an average of 1.5 million per episode.

Should her failing reality show see a cancellation in the following weeks, Caitlyn still has an impressive line-up to keep her busy for the rest of 2016. Several reports have alleged that Jenner is considering the idea of touring the country to raise awareness for the transgender community.

She would take part in numerous conferences, where she would share her story on how she overcame her fears and encourage other people to do the same. Her speech would come at a cost — a reported $100,000 per conference.

She is already making millions from her endorsement deals alone, so the idea of no longer having her own reality show wouldn’t hurt Caitlyn Jenner that much. One source even predicted that she will most likely return to Keeping Up With the Kardashians, where she would receive the same amount of money that she earns through her spin-off.

Either way, Caitlyn Jenner seems to be winning regardless.
