‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Carlos Considers A Return, Anna Reaches Out To Sonny, And Tracy Worries About Her Future

There are big developments ahead with Wednesday’s episode of General Hospital. Spoilers tease that Anna will have an interesting conversation with Sonny, while Paul proposes a plan to Carlos. Tracy’s health situation will be front-and-center in this episode again, and viewers will see more of Dr. Munro following Anna.

As viewers saw during Tuesday’s show, Anna and Paul talked at length about the Carlos situation. She knows that he helped Rivera get further away from Port Charles and she insisted that she be told if the two connect again. Carlos and Paul did connect via phone, and General Hospital spoiler previews for Wednesday’s episode indicate that Paul will tell Rivera that it is time to return to town.

Will Paul be able to bring Carlos back to town and keep this situation under his control? While he is now seemingly coordinating with Anna, the two do not necessarily have the same goals in mind here, and it seems they’re still keeping some secrets from one another. General Hospital spoilers via We Love Soaps detail that Devane will reach out to Sonny and have an interesting chat with him, seemingly creating a backup plan regarding Rivera.

Anna is going to share quite a bit of detail with Sonny during this talk, and she will note that she believes the two of them have something of a mutual respect for one another. It seems that Devane is willing to take some gambles at this point to try to get Julian behind bars, and now she thinks Sonny can help her make it happen. General Hospital spoilers indicate that these two will come to an understanding of sorts during this talk.

Michael and Felix will chat during Wednesday’s show as well, about Sabrina. General Hospital spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry indicate that Michael will learn about Sabrina being on the run with Carlos this week, but he also gets reassurances that Sabrina really loved him, and it seems this will raise concerns about the fact she then ran from Port Charles with Rivera. It looks like very soon viewers will finally learn the fate of Sabrina’s baby, as it is almost time for both Sabrina and Carlos to be back in the mix of things.

Carly and Jason will have some time to connect during this episode, and it looks like there is an intense conversation on the way. Jason is still trying to sort through who he is now and Carly, of course, has been quite emotional in the wake of the incident on the pier. General Hospital spoilers share that she will talk with him about staying away from Sonny’s business.

Tracy’s health continues to be an issue, and General Hospital spoilers indicate that she will go to visit the Quartermaine crypt, where it seems she will be contemplating her mortality. As tough as Tracy always tries to be, it is clear she is quite worried about this health situation at this point. She is startled by a noise and calls out wondering if Alan is there. Dr. Munro will approach Monica at the hospital, indicating that he has a theory about Tracy’s illness, and it sounds like there are some twists and turns on the way yet with this situation.

Viewers will also see Munro following Anna again, but General Hospital spoilers detail that he will get caught. Does Devane see him, or does someone else discover him lurking around?
