Kylie Jenner Dating Tyga For His Money? Or Is It The Other Way Around?

Fans have accused Kylie Jenner of dating Tyga for his money when it should be the other way around. Kylie Jenner has a reported net worth of $5 million, while Tyga has a meager net worth of $2 million. It’s clear who the breadwinner is in this relationship.

But that important piece of information hasn’t stopped the haters from claiming Kylie Jenner is only dating Tyga for his money. A fan tweeted of Kylie with her bodyguard along with the caption: “if this is your bodyguard then what are you still doing with tyga,” another responded: “[because] her bodyguard can’t buy her a Ferrari.”

Tyga reportedly purchased Kylie a $320,000 Ferrari for her 18th birthday, but that’s clearly not the reason why she’s with him. She tweeted back that she’s clearly not with the rapper for his looks or money.

Maybe those fans read the report entitled “Kylie, Kendall Jenner Bankrupt? Sells Used Clothes on eBay,” published on the Australia Network. The report questioned why Kylie and Kendall Jenner are selling their used clothing on eBay.

According to the Mail Online, the sisters are not bankrupt – in fact, they are far from it. They are selling their used clothing and accessories to help those in need. There are currently 75 items up for auction, and a “percentage” of the proceeds will help the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.

The eBay profile reveals that most of Kylie’s favorite designers and brands will be included in the online auction. She often loves to wear Balmain, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, and Prada.

It’s obviously not Kylie Jenner who’s been reported bankrupt. According to court documents revealed by People and Radar Online, Tyga secretly filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy back in December, 2010. He’s also been in an ongoing legal battle over his unpaid rent, but his recent realtor revealed to People that the rapper hasn’t caused him any problems.

The celebrity magazine spoke to The Agency‘s James Harris, star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, who leased the “Stimulated” rapper a $35,000-per month apartment on Sunset Strip. Although Tyga often “gets a bad rep” in the media, he is surprisingly a “great tenant and very respectful.”

“I can only tell you a lot of what I’m seeing is [bulls**t]. Look, I don’t know what he’s got in the bank, but I can assure you he’s not looking at houses to waste his time or money. He’s a tenant in one of our properties now and I have not had one complaint. The rent gets paid on time and the landlord loves him, so I can only speak from my experience, and it’s been nothing but positive. The guy gets a really bad rep in the press – that’s for sure. He seems to be doing just fine to me.”

The Million Dollar Listing agent revealed that Tyga’s budget for a new home was around $10 million. For the past year, the 26-year-old has been making headlines for his financial problems. Last summer, he was sued by his previous landlord for $70,000 in unpaid rent. He then countered the lawsuit with a breach of contract lawsuit.

TMZ then reported that Tyga tried to purchase a $10 million home near Kylie Jenner in Calabasas, but wasn’t able to close the deal after it entered into escrow three times. The state also claims that T-Raww owes over $19,000 in back taxes for the years 2009, 2010, and 2011.

There’s also been the rumors that Tyga leased Kylie Jenner’s new vehicle in her name, and that she’s been helping him keep a roof over his head. It’s likely that she’s been helping him with the rent, but that is just speculation at the moment.

Despite Tyga’s financial problems and cheating allegations, the couple is still together, and are stronger than ever. On March 2, Kylie took to her Snapchat account to share a short and sweet video of the rapper kissing her on the cheek.

An insider even revealed to the Hollywood Life, “Things are good between them and she’d like to keep them that way.”
