KitKat Placed Inside A 3 Musketeers Bar? ‘Food Surgeon’ Kit Kat Operation Goes Viral

Have you ever seen a KitKat placed inside of a 3 Musketeers bar?

Chances are that your response to that question is a resounding “no.” That is, of course, unless you have already seen the now-viral footage from one of the Food Surgeon’s most recent surgical operations.

Within the footage, viewers are able to watch the popular YouTuber known as the Food Surgeon operate on a packaged KitKat bar. Dressed in a hospital gown and equipped with latex gloves, the Food Surgeon sits down in front of his “operating table” with the camera rolling. He reaches over and grabs the packaged KitKat bar – which is placed alongside the packaged 3 Musketeers bar in which it will soon reside like a tenant in a brand new apartment.

Instead of removing the KitKat bar from its wrapper with his hands, the Food Surgeon decides to remove the bar surgically with a scalpel – cutting into the wrapper just like a real surgeon would cut into a patient’s skin.

With the four bars of the KitKat now free from their package and revealed to the camera, the Food Surgeon continues by slicing one of the bars away from the rest of them with the same scalpel.

At that point, the Food Surgeon clears the operating tray and reaches for the 3 Musketeers bar. After flipping the candy bar over (the same way that he did with the KitKat bar), he uses the scalpel to remove the packaged candy bar from its wrapper once again. The exposed candy bar is then flipped over and placed flat on the operating tray. The Food Surgeon cuts into the bottom of the scalpel, tracing a rectangular box outline within the bar. Next, he makes several horizontal incisions throughout the marked rectangular outline – essentially creating several tiny boxes.

The Food Surgeon removed each of the tiny box tops (or tiles) and then cleared out the rest of the candy bar ingredients that were hiding within the bar.

As seen in the video, it takes the surgeon a considerable amount of time to clear out the inside of the 3 Musketeers bar – especially since he apparently doesn’t want to ruin the structure of the bar since it plays a major role in the overall KitKat implantation process.

Those tiny boxed chunks of contents are then surgically removed one by one – creating an empty space within the 3 Musketeers candy bar that is ready and waiting for the KitKat bar to be inserted within it.

The Food Surgeon then carefully places the KitKat bar inside of the 3 Musketeers bar, making sure that it is resting flat within the newly created space before proceeding to the next step. The “tiles” that he cut and removed from the candy bar before removing its contents are then used to cap and seal the newly created KitKat-3 Musketeers bar.

On the Food Surgeon’s official website, he published several notes that apparently expressed his thoughts and feelings throughout the KitKat implantation surgery.

“0:05 – Maybe I should just eat this candy and make a video some other time?
0:07 – No, I’m a professional. I got this.
0:49 – Sloppy scalpel work. Better not get sued for malpractice.
2:32 – Totally going to eat this paper towel later.
3:33 – What have I created? Urge to eat patient is overwhelming.
3:40 – Patient is delicious.
3:51 – Patient is really, really delicious.”

The KitKat implantation into a 3 Musketeers bar is only one of the many different implantation experiments that the Food Surgeon has posted online. For instance, he also added the cream of an Oreo cookie into a Reese’s peanut butter cup, as well as dissected a cutie orange.
