Report: Carly Rae Jepsen Fighting To Keep Nude Photos Private
Country singer Carly Rae Jepsen, whose single “Call Me Maybe” is ripping up the charts, has had somebody call her maybe in a way she doesn’t like. A perverted hacker has gotten into her computer and stolen a bunch of pornographic pictures of her and is trying to sell them to various media outlets. Jepsen has filed a police report acknowledging the attack.
TMZ is reporting that they have sources indicating that the pictures are for sure the real deal but they have not been published as of yet. Jepsen is doing everything in her power to make sure that they never make it out. The line of people wanting to see Jepsen in the buff is pretty long so if they do make it out the market is ready to pay.
The police have made it clear that Jepsen received an anonymous tip about the nudie shots back in March. She immediately contacted the Vancouver Police to report that she had been the victim of a cyber criminal. There are also rumors that a sex tape is among the articles stolen.
Police responded to the case nd confirmed the tip was real and that she had indeed been hacked. A representative for the Vancouver Police Department has been telling TMZ that an investigation is underway “in regards to a theft of electronic property belonging to Jepsen.”. They may even have a suspect in the case.
The police have also indicated that the crime of hacking Jepsen’s computer and stealing the pics is a serious crime in Canada and the perpetrator will probably spend some serious time in prison.
