‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Kiki’s Mother Challenged, Carly Becomes Angry With Sonny
General Hospital is right in the middle of February sweeps, and things are intense. There has been speculation that some paternity issues haven’t been corrected, especially where Kiki (Hayley Erin) is concerned. Since arriving on the show, General Hospital fans have been jerked around about who fathered her. Initially, Franco (Roger Howarth) was thought to be Kiki’s father. The two bonded and things looked like they were going to work out. Then, Ava (Maura West) dropped a bombshell after Silas (Michael Easton) tested Kiki’s DNA on his own.
It was announced, later, that Silas was the father of Kiki, which led to much speculation among General Hospital fans regarding the outcome. One of the most popular theories is that Kiki is actually Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) daughter. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, General Hospital fans will soon find out that Ava is not truly Kiki’s mother. There have been several hints about this possibility, all of which have sent fans reeling. Nina was put into a coma by her mother. accidentally. She was pregnant with Silas’ baby at the time, and no one ever went into detail about what happened to the child. While it was confirmed that Silas was having an affair with Ava, they never discussed her falling pregnant. If Ava really loved Silas, why wouldn’t she have shouted on the rooftops about her unborn child? Madeline (Donna Mills) was dead set on not giving Nina an heir, and she could have easily paid Ava to raise Silas’ child. In fact, that is what many fans believe happened.
There is already a lot of hype about what is going to happen on General Hospital in the coming days. Kiki is in surgery trying to fight for her life, while Morgan (Bryan Craig) is on the ledge, literally. The speculation is that the extent of Kiki’s injuries will allow for her true paternity to be revealed. If she needs blood, Ava will likely not be a match. Since Franco has been by Ava’s side throughout the ordeal with Kiki, he will coax Nina to help by getting tested as a match for Kiki. While it is unclear whether or not she will need a transplant or blood transfusion, something is going to trigger her paternity being questioned.
Carly (Laura Wright) is going to rip into Sonny (Maurice Benard) on General Hospital this week. She is so upset that he lied about his condition, and blames him solely for getting Kiki shot. Pushing Morgan away and pretending to not be able to walk, all of this angers Carly more than ever before. According to Soap Shows, Carly will show compassion to Ava, but be angry with Sonny. For a single moment in time, Ava and Carly have an understanding. In fact, Carly has been in that same situation with Michael, and if anyone can console Ava, it is her.
As General Hospital fans wait on the edge of their seats for Kiki’s paternity to be challenged, the action will keep them glued to the television. If Kiki actually does turn out to be Nina’s, this would open up a huge world of story lines for her. She has been talking to Franco about having a baby of her own. Kiki’s age would coincide with the coma. While it would be bittersweet for Nina to have a grown daughter, it may help stabilize her. Things have been going well with Franco, Kiki, and Nina living together, and this would be icing on the cake. Some fans feel like Ava doesn’t deserve to be a mother, while others are not liking the idea of changing Kiki’s mother after already doing it with her father. General Hospital has been working hard to impress fans during sweeps, and their surprises are better than ever.
