Katy Perry And Orlando Bloom Getting Serious, But Singer Still Remains Close With John Mayer

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom make one adorable couple, and apparently, the duo are officially an item and are enjoying getting to know each other. A source shared with E! about the couple and how affectionate they are towards one another, while also highlighting Perry and Bloom’s similarities that make them a great fit.

“Katy and Orlando are doing really well. They have been hanging out a lot over the past two months. They are a very chill pair… They both communicate great and laugh when they are around each other.”

Katy and Orlando have become close enough that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor has opted to introduce his child that he fathered with ex Miranda Kerr to the “Roar” singer. The source reports the meeting between Katy and Orlando’s son, Flynn.

“Katy has met Flynn, and they get along wonderful, She thinks he is so cute and such a well behaved kid! Katy would [also] like kids one day, and she is vocal about that.”

Although Katy and Orlando seem to be moving forward in their relationship, a different source is sure to point out that Perry still remains close with her famous ex, singer John Mayer. The said source spoke candidly with E! Online on the topic of Meyer and his relationship with ex Katy.

“Katy and John remain friends and care about each other. They just want to see each other happy. They have no animosity towards each other.”

As for Mayer’s current dating situation, the singer is enjoying casually dating but is not involved with anyone seriously.

“John is casually dating at this time but not serious with anyone.”

An additional source shares that they wouldn’t be surprised if Mayer and Perry end up back together, seeing as they do share such a close relationship and connection.

“[They are] very close, and Perry’s friends wouldn’t be surprised if they end up back together in the future. This is just what they do.”

Katy Perry sparked rumors that she and Mayer were rekindling their relationship when they were seen in Disneyland together back in December. The singer, however, stopped all rumors when she began dating Orlando Bloom in January of this year.

Bloom and Perry have been spotted a number of times together as their relationship progresses. E! shares as to other occasions the two were together that led to speculation they were back together.

“Not only did the pair attend several 2016 Golden Globes after parties together, they also met up with each other at Stella McCartney’s Autumn 2016 Presentation and then enjoyed a fun night out in Los Angeles shortly after.Most recently, they were photographed getting cozy at Adele’s concert in L.A. and then again at a Grammys party the same weekend. “

With the Oscars on the horizon, it’s likely the two will wind up on one another’s arms at the lavish event. Perry will likely stun on the arm of the handsome actor.

Perry and Mayer enjoyed a lengthy relationship that always was surrounded by rumors of trouble and break ups, but the two were adamant that they were happy and in love right up until the surprising break-up in 2014. The two have remained close since they went their separate ways, and are clearly respectful of each other as artists.

As for Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry, it sounds as though the couple have a lot in common and are set to enjoy a compatible and loving relationship that involves Bloom’s young son.

As the Hamilton Spectator shares, Orlando Bloom was married to model Miranda Kerr for three years, and the couple had one child together.
