Xbox Live ‘Deals With Gold’ Promo Includes Discounted ‘COD: Black Ops 3,’ ‘WWE 2K16,’ ‘Saints Row 4’ & More

The list of discounted titles for this week’s Xbox Live Deals with Gold are in. Major Nelson revealed all the promos for certain Xbox games via Deals with Gold, Spotlight Sale and 2K Publisher Sale.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is one of the games currently on sale via Microsoft’s Xbox Live Deals with Gold program. The military sci-fi and FPS game from Activision is regularly worth $60. But Xbox One owners with Xbox Live Gold membership can enjoy one of this week’s deals by availing 33 percent discount for the COD video game.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 initially hit the market on November 6, 2015. The official COD page on Xbox Store explained that the game “combines three unique game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies, providing fans with the deepest and most ambitious Call of Duty ever.”

Meanwhile, another version of the game, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Digital Deluxe Edition, is also on sale via Microsoft’s Deals with Gold offering. Xbox Live Gold members get 20 percent discount if they avail a copy this week. The page for COD on Xbox Store noted that this edition contains the full base game as well as Season Pass, together with additional game contents such as “The Giant Bonus Map: Zombies”

Aside from the Xbox Live Deals with Gold news for the first-person shooter title, a DLC for the Xbox One and PC versions is also to be expected next week. Vine Report noted that the Black Ops 3 DLC called “Awakening” is set for release on March 3 for PC and Microsoft’s latest console. The “Awakening” expansion offers four new multiplayer maps, namely Guantlet, Rise, Hijacked and Splash.

Going back to the current promos offered by Deals With Gold, Saints Row 4 is also available for a much cheaper price. Saints Row 4: Re-Elected and Saints Row 4: Re-Elected & Gat Out of Hell are available with 60 percent and a whopping 75 percent discount, respectively.

Saints Row 4: Re-Elected is Volition’s initial entry from the Saints Row series for the latest generation of game consoles. IGN described the gameplay further for the open-world action adventure video game:

“In Saints Row IV, the head honcho of the Saints has been elected to the Presidency of the United States. But the Saints are just getting started. Now the larger-than-life insanity of the Saints series gets a new twist with a catastrophic alien invasion, and the aliens have transported the Saints to a bizarre Steelport simulation. Wield gargantuan superpowers and fight to free humanity from alien granddaddy Zinyak’s mental grasp. Escape the simulation that’s trapped the Saints crew, or die trying.”

Via 2K Publisher Sale, a number of 2K titles are also on sale this week alongside other deals for Xbox Live Gold members. For instance, Xbox One game Evolve Digital Deluxe are offered with 60 percent discount for non-Gold subscribers and 67 percent discount for members. Add-ons such as Evolve Hunting Season 1 and Evolve Hunting Season 2 go on sale this week as well, with bigger discounts for Xbox Live Gold members.

Below is Larry Hyrb’s (aka @MajorNelson) Twitter post regarding this week’s Xbox Live Deals with Gold:

In time for the release of the final DLC pack for WWE 2K16, 2K Publisher Sale is also offering discounts for the game, particularly for both the standard and Digital Deluxe Editions. Season Pass for the latest professional wrestling video game is also discounted this week. For Xbox 360 users, other games included in Spotlight Sale are “Bioshock,” Borderlands 2, Civilization Revolution, and Spec Ops: The Line.
