Kim Kardashian Gives Birth In ‘KUWTK’ Finale, Posts 1st Saint West Pic: Kanye Gushes Over North & Hints At 3rd Baby
In the world of reality TV shows such as Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK), there’s a distinct time difference between the airing of the episodes and real life. As a result, while Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s second child, Saint West, has already become a member of the KUWTK clan, the upcoming Season 11 Keeping Up With the Kardashians finale, airing Sunday, February 21, shows what happened when Kim went into labor for the second time, reported Us Weekly.
“My water just broke,” exclaims the 35-year-old reality TV star to momager Kris Jenner in the sneak peek.
“What!” shrieks Kris.
A teaser for the KUWTK episode airing Sunday also shows the anxiety North’s mommy felt about welcoming baby No. 2 into the family. (Saint was born on December 5.)
But the fear of the unknown soon shifted to delight in Kim’s son.
“He’s here!” shared Kardashian on Twitter.
While photos of North have become an almost daily sight in magazines, newspapers, websites, and the KUWTK family’s social media pages, Saint has thus far been viewed in only a single photo. And that was just a hint, because Kardashian shared only a picture of his little hand.
However, the adorable photo of Saint’s tiny fingers also included a caption of how North reacted to having a baby brother.
“She said, ‘He’s my best friend,’ ” wrote the proud mom of two.

As the Inquisitr reported, the daddy of North and Saint has been bombarded with negative comments after Kanye’s meltdowns and Twitter rants.
But West has shown his softer, sweeter side when it comes to North, reported ET.
Taking to Twitter to share his love for his 2-year-old princess, the rapper posted a precious picture of North with a caption that revealed just how much he adores his baby girl.
“My heart,” he gushed.
But some fans wanted to know why a similar photo of Saint had not been shared by any of the KUWTK clan.
“Did Saint ever even really happen?” queried one such follower.
And another found some humor in the situation.
“Exclusively on Tidal it did,” snarked the Twitter user.
While he may not have posted any photos of Saint, the little boy and big sister North did get included for a very special honor. The list of credits for The Life Of Pablo, West’s new album, features North and Saint as “creative consultants,” reported MusicTimes.
As to precisely what Saint and North did to deserve the top creative consultant rankings? Emoting at Paris Fashion Week last October, West revealed that they have inspired him.
And that family just may be growing. Has Kanye’s love become so strong that he has persuaded Kardashian to have a third baby? West hinted at a new addition to the KUWTK clan when he was asked about his request to Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, to bail him out of his alleged $53 million in debt money problem, reported Us Weekly.
In addition to revealing that Zuckerberg just “might end up” lending a helping hand during his discussion with photographers at LAX, the rapper responded in a very positive, sweet way to the question to whether he and Kim will have a third baby.
“Perhaps,” revealed West with an irrepressible grin.
