Khloe Kardashian Dishes Sex, Fitness & Weight Loss Tips: ‘KUWTK’ Star Rebounds From James Harden To French Montana?


Khloe Kardashian has been turning heads with her success in going from the chubby sister of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians (KUWTK) clan to the blonde bombshell. She’s channeled her inner Marilyn Monroe for some very sexy poses and stepped up her publicity game on a series of interviews in which Kardashian showed that when it comes to being candid, she’s the most daring sister of them all.

Now, the newly svelte Kardashian sister is sharing some of her best weight loss and fitness secrets, reported People.

In a blog post entitled “Yay or Nay: Fitness Trends Edition,” the KUWTK queen confessed that she’s not into certain popular health trends.

“You dolls know that I am all about keeping on top of the newest health and workout trends,” pointed out Kardashian. “There are some that make me a little nervous, though!”

For example, she declines to sip activated charcoal-infused juices.

“What? People drink this? NAY for me,” wrote Kardashian.

Claims for the concoction include detoxifying benefits ranging from improved breath to gorgeous skin. However, a lack of studies concerns some experts.

As for a gluten-free diet? Because the reality TV star does not have celiac disease, she sees no reason to opt out of foods such as bread.

“I don’t have Celiac disease, so it’s a NAY for me,” added Kardashian.

In addition to keeping gluten in her diet, Kardashian believes in solid foods rather than juice cleanses.

“I’ve never done a juice cleanse and I don’t plan to. I need to chew! This is a NAY for me,” added the 31-year-old.

What does get a big yes, however, are probiotics.

“I live and swear by probiotics,” declared Kardashian. “Probiotics occur naturally in yogurt, but I take acidophilus pills instead! Big YAY!”

In addition, when it comes to CrossFit, the KUWTK diva considers herself the queen.

“Have you seen me beast in the gym?” boasted Kardashian. “Definitely a YAY for the high-intensity workout CrossFit!”

But when it comes to what really boosted her weight loss, Kardashian credits one specific food item that she banned from her diet, reported Hollywood Life.

The reality TV star dumped the diary.

“I used to not watch what I ate. I would just kind of eat whatever. I was realizing, ‘I work out all the time. Why can’t I drop this weight?’ It’s really food,” emphasized Kardashian.

When she began dieting, the KUWTK star discovered that eliminating dairy made a difference on the advice of her nutritionist.

“I don’t eat dairy anymore — or I try not to, because I’m addicted to cheese! [I thought] that’s such B.S. Dairy’s not going to change anything.’ I lost like… 13 lbs. from just cutting out dairy!” she exclaimed.

“I was really shocked when my nutritionist told me that,” admitted Kardashian. “Right now I’m taking certain things out of my diet little by little. I’m not in a rush to lose [weight]. I want to make this my life.”

In addition to sharing her weight loss and fitness tips, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared her sex secrets, reported People.

“I believe in dirty talk. Communicating during sex is a MUST, and I actually think it’s rude if you’re not vocal, LOL,” revealed Kardashian. “If my guy isn’t vocal, I’m not excited. How am I supposed to know if he’s enjoying himself???”

She advises that those who want to improve their sex lives learn to vocalize if they’re finding pleasure in something.

“You don’t have to come up with crazy s— to say. It’s OK to just get louder if you’re enjoying something. I think that’s what you should do!” suggested Kardashian. “It’s a sexy way to learn what turns your partner on, especially if you’re newly together.”

So who should be taking notes on these sex tips from the KUWTK star? Proving that regardless of whether you’re a celebrity or a Jane Doe, relationships are complicated, Khloe’s ex French Montana commented on the rumors that he and Kardashian have reunited after her split from James Harden, reported E! News.

Kardashian and French broke up more than a year ago, but they’ve remained “great friends,” he emphasized. So Montana felt free to dish on just how his pal is coping after her recent split from James Harden.

“She’s good, she’s good. I spoke to her last week. We’re great friends. I think we’re going to be friends forever,” predicted French.

Montana also showed his insights into the Kardashian clan.

“I love the support they have for each other,” praised French.

The rumors that Montana and Kardashian were rekindling their romance swirled when the couple were spotted dining together at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood. True or false?

“[They see each other] all the time due to their circles being small,” a source told E! News.

As to whether those repeated close encounters could turn into a hot hook-up isn’t yet known, but French may want to take some time to check out those sex hints from his former girlfriend.
