Miranda Lambert & Anderson East Flaunt Love: How Blake Shelton Proposed To Her Reveals What Gwen Stefani Can Await
Miranda Lambert had some tough times in 2015. Her highly publicized divorce from Blake Shelton resulted in heartbreak for the singer, and Miranda had to watch from the single sidelines as her former husband found a new love with Gwen Stefani. But Lambert is changing her tune this year with her own new romance, and Miranda’s hook-up with Anderson East is getting increasingly hot, reported E! News.
Together now for two months, Lambert and Anderson are planning their future together.
In addition, with Miranda known to be passionate about her pets, it makes a big difference that East is equally fond of animals, said the source. They’ve done more than get to know their significant other’s family and friends. They’ve also gotten to know their animals.
“Anderson loves all 15 of Miranda’s animals,” added the insider. “They both are very into helping make a difference. Miranda is definitely in love with Anderson.”
Just like her ex and his new love, Lambert has been flaunting her romance on social media, from canoodling on the couch to teaming up for music as a couple.
As for how Miranda feels about Blake and Gwen? No hostility there.
“[Lambert is glad] they are happy,” revealed the source. “She is in the best place of her life now and looking forward to the future!”
As for what Miranda did to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Lambert and her BFF hopped on stage with Anderson East at the Pearl Street Nightclub in Northhampton, Massachusetts, reported Radio.com.

They enjoyed performing “Always Be my Baby,” and Miranda shared a photo with a caption about the meaning of that song choice.
“‘Boy don’t you know you can’t escape me, ooh darling cause you’ll always be my baby’,” wrote Lambert. “I got to spend heart day with great people playing great music. Thanks Anderson East and your sweet band!”
While Miranda is heating up her hook-up with Anderson, rumors are swirling that Shelton is ready to propose to Stefani, reported Hollywood Life.
“He thought that he would propose on Valentine’s Day but then talked himself out of it because he thought it would be too cheesy and obvious to do it on that day. He would much rather do it at another time to make that date their own special day,” a source told Hollywood Life. “He’s thinking of pulling the trigger on their engagement in the summer around his birthday. It’s definitely on his mind a lot.”

When Lambert received her diamond ring, it was old-school Southern romantic, reported People.
“He called my dad and got his blessing first,” revealed Miranda about the unexpected proposal. “That was so Southern and old-school and perfect.”
Lambert also gushed about the diamond-and-platinum ring that she received.
As for the place that the country crooner chose? It’s familiar territory not just to Lambert and her ex, but it’s also near where Shelton has been taking Gwen for romantic getaways: His home state of Oklahoma.
So did they break out the champagne?
“We had a couple of Bacardi and Diet Sprites – in a Solo cup!” revealed Miranda.
And at the time, Lambert thought that her marriage would last forever, never dreaming of what was to come.
“Weddings are great and engagements are great and diamonds are especially great,” Miranda added. “But I’m just excited to be married because I want to tell Blake I really can love him the rest of my life and be happy and make him happy.”
As to what caused Lambert to go from happily-ever-after to divorced? The couple made it clear in a joint statement that it was a mutual decision to divorce, reported ABC News.
“This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately,” they said.
