Tori Spelling Lands Paid Gig As Psychic Source Spokesperson

Tori Spelling has landed a new gig—and it has nothing to do with acting or reality TV. Instead, the True Tori star has been named the new celebrity spokesperson for Psychic Source. ET Online reported that Spelling, who has long been open about her own use of psychics, will share the personal experiences she has with Psychic Source advisors with her fans. In a statement about her new partnership, Spelling said she plans to go on a personal self-discovery journey and she wants her fans to come along for the ride.

“I’m so excited to have the amazing advisors at Psychic Source available to me when I need insights into what’s going on in my life, and I look forward to inspiring others to come along on this journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth with me!”

Psychic Source charges $1 per minute for psychic readings by phone or through online chat, with advisors who are experts in astrology, numerology, tarot cards, clairvoyant readings, and more. The longtime company hopes to benefit from Spelling’s celeb status and loyal fan base.

Spelling detailed her new deal via a blog post on her ediTORIal website. The 42-year-old mom of four revealed that she has always had “a strong connection to spirit,” and said she has met with a countless number of psychics in her lifetime. Spelling even said she considers herself an expert when it comes to psychics, and she praised her personal Psychic Source advisor, Bridgette, for giving her an amazing reading that was “beyond inspiring.”

“When you find a trusted psychic, it’s a truly incredible thing. I can’t begin to tell you how much healing and peace psychics have brought to my life.”

Tori Spelling has been vocal about some of her most personal psychic experiences. She previously revealed to Access Hollywood that the late actress Farrah Fawcett paid her a visit during a 2010 psychic reading with celebrity medium John Edward. While Spelling had hoped to make contact with her late father, Aaron Spelling, the late Charlie’s Angels star, who died in 2009, showed up instead. Spelling explained that while she was surprised by Farrah’s visit, she did have a long history with the blonde beauty, who not only worked for her dad but was a neighbor and family friend. Spelling later contacted Fawcett’s longtime love, Ryan O’Neal, and her son, Redmond, to let them know that the late actress had been in touch with her. But Spelling never heard back from Fawcett’s loved ones, and she later joked she hoped they didn’t think she was loony for reaching out to them about the psychic encounter.

Spelling also wrote about her use of psychics in her memoir, Uncharted teriTORI. The actress revealed that she constantly seeks out new psychics, joking that she explores new psychic advisors “the way some people try out new restaurants.” There’s no doubt that she’s passionate about the subject, so the only surprise is that it took her this long to find a way to make money out of it.

In a video for Psychic Source, Spelling explains how she has found clarity in her life with the help of her psychic advisors.

News of Tori Spelling’s new paid gig at Psychic Source comes at a really good time. Her True Tori reality show is currently on hiatus, and the former Mystery Girls star definitely seems to be in need of a paid project. Last month, E! News confirmed that Spelling is being sued by American Express for failing to pay her whopping $37,981.97 credit card balance. Tori, who has written four memoirs, has been open about her family’s financial struggles, and she once admitted that her family of six lives paycheck to paycheck. Hopefully that will change with her new Psychic Source partnership, but at the very least, perhaps Bridgette can give her a heads up on her financial future.
