Justin Bieber Sued For $9 Million. Mother Says Fans “Damaged” Her Years

Justin Bieber is being sued by a Oregon mother after she took her daughter’s to a Beibs concert that allegedly left her with permanent ear damage.

According to Stacey Wilson Betts she was attending the concert in Portland, Oregon on July 14, 2010 when Bieber climbed into a “heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola” which was pulled into the crowd.

As Bieber made his way through the screaming audience he would point his arms in different direction and pre-teen girls would shriek with excitement. As one point Stacey claims that Justin Bieber “created a wave-like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion.”

According to the mother the gondola only made the situation worse because it acted as a “sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my ears.”

Stacey Betts claims the incident left her with tinnitus which causes a constant pulsing and whoosing sound that makes it extremely hard to sleep. The mother also claims that she has hearing-related damage.

Betts is suing Justin Bieber, Bieber’s record label, the concert promoter and the arena owner.

In other news, Justin Bieber concerts are really freaking loud just like every other pre-teen girl obsessed singer in the history of the music industry!

They are called ear plugs and they cost a few cents a pair!

Do you think this is another example of a litigious money hungry person going after someone simply because they have cash?
