‘Fifty Shades Darker’ Stars Jamie Dornan And Dakota Johnson Feuding On Set?

It’s no secret that the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise has been great for both Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson. In fact, their respective roles as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele have boosted both of their acting careers. However, with Johnson recently landing more roles than Dornan, are the two starting to feud on the set of Fifty Shades Darker?

According to Latinos Health, Johnson has worked on more movies than Dornan since the release of Fifty Shades of Grey. In fact, Johnson was recently awarded a role in the upcoming film, The Sound of Metal. The actress was also in the 2015 film, Black Mass, in which she starred alongside Johnny Depp.

For his part, Australian Network News is reporting that Dornan’s current projects including the TV series, The Fall. Besides this role, Dornan has yet to appear in a major Hollywood movie since Fifty Shades of Grey.

That being said, there hasn’t been any official reports that prove Dornan and Johnson are feuding with each other. At this point, everything is pure speculation.

Although it isn’t clear if their careers have led to any kind of fighting between the two stars, they are both excited to be taking part in the sequel. In an interview with People, Dornan revealed that he is thrilled to be back in character, and ready to bring fans another film in the hit franchise.

“Jamie is delighted that the film is breaking box office records worldwide and whilst the studio has not made any formal announcements about sequels, he is looking forward to making the next film,” one of his reps stated.

While Johnson may be landing the bigger roles, Dornan has still seen his fair share of fame over the past year. In fact, during the filming for the upcoming season of The Fall, Dornan was mobbed by fans in a filming location outside of Belfast.

“The Orangefield site is getting really busy with fans now … But Jamie is always kind and patient. He understands he has fans, and he treats us very nicely, always taking the time to come and say hello and, in turn, he gets brilliant support,” one eyewitness to the event shared.

Meanwhile, the sequel to the hit Fifty Shades of Grey is expected to feature more erotic scenes than the first. This is largely due to the reactions of many fans who thought the first film lacked the proper amount of sex for a movie adapted from an erotic BDSM novel.

As far as Johnson is concerned, the actress recently shared with Elle magazine that is willing to go beyond what was included in the first film and has no qualms about showing more of her body.

“I don’t have any problem doing anything. The secret is I have no shame,” Johnson stated. “I think there’s a part of a woman that wants to be the thing that breaks a man down.”

Speaking of Johnson’s ability to block out feelings of shame, Movie News Guide is reporting that the actress almost had a terrible wardrobe malfunction during the 2016 People’s Choice Awards. Apparently, the actress almost lost the top of her dress prior to her winning a trophy for Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress.

“I hadn’t seen her in awhile, so I hugged her. I hugged Leslie and then my dress broke and it was a two-piece, so my top almost fell off,” she stated.

Fortunately for Johnson, the Fifty Shades Darker star was able to recover before exposing herself to the world.

Fifty Shades Darker is scheduled to hit theaters in February of 2017, followed by Fifty Shades Freed in 2017.
