WWE News: Royal Rumble Match Results And Statistics — Winner, Most Eliminations, Longest Time

As they work their way towards WrestleMania 32 in Dallas, WWE featured Royal Rumble 2016 tonight, in which Roman Reigns was forced to defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against 29 other men in the Royal Rumble Match. Also forced to enter at No. 1, Reigns put up a good fight after taking a serious beating. But in the end, Triple H — one of the two surprise entrants of the night, alongside A.J. Styles — will be leaving Orlando as the new champion.

Below, we have all of the numbers and statistics from the Royal Rumble Match, with the results of the undercard after that. These numbers are all early estimates, as WWE hasn’t released anything official as of this writing. The WWE Superstars that participated in the Royal Rumble Match will be listed below in the order that they entered the Rumble Match. It will then list at what number the superstar was eliminated, any other competitors that they eliminated, and a rough estimate on how long they were in the Royal Rumble Match.

Roman Reigns had this year’s record for being in the Royal Rumble Match the longest. Reigns and Braun Strowman each had five eliminations, although two of Strowman’s were assisted while only one of Reigns’ was assisted.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dean Ambrose (c) defeated Kevin Owens in a Last Man Standing Match.

WWE Tag Team Championship: The New Day (c) defeated the Usos.

WWE United States Championship: Kalisto defeated Alberto Del Rio (c).
