Chris Brown Investigation Heats Up: Accuser Banned From Club

Las Vegas police are investigating Chris Brown after a woman claimed that he assaulted her on Saturday, January 2.

“It’s accurate that there was a battery call and it is currently being investigated,” Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department public information officer Jesse Roybal told Us Weekly.“I can confirm that Chris Brown is part of the investigation.”

According to TMZ, a woman named Liziane Gutierrez alleges that Brown punched her in the right eye shortly after yelling at her. Gutierrez reportedly took a photo of the singer with her cellphone during a private party at his suite in the Palms Casino Resort early Saturday morning.

The woman then left the party and called the police. Gutierrez was not escorted to the hospital.

Even so, Brown does not have a very clean rap sheet when it comes to violence. Last November, the singer’s posse allegedly beat a woman so badly that she was hospitalized and suffered whiplash.

In May, Brown was named as a suspect in a violent basketball-related brawl for allegedly punching a man while playing ball. This incident also occurred at the Palms.

In 2009, Brown pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault against his then-girlfriend, Rihanna. He was sentenced to five years of probation, which ended last March.

One of Chris Brown’s reps told Us Weekly that Gutierrez’s claims are “unequivocally untrue.”

“Ms. Gutierrez was escorted out of the private after-party at the Palms Casino Resort for being disruptive and out of control,” the rep said.

“Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown’s security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown — throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she ‘could buy everyone in the hotel’ — as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party. The Palms Casino Resort security also saw her wild behavior via hotel security cameras and immediately came up to the hallway to escort her out of the hotel.”

Since the allegations, Chris Brown has made it a point to blacklist Gutierrez.

According to TMZ, one of L.A.’s hottest clubs, 1 OAK, has added Gutierrez to its list of banned individuals. Since the ban, Gutierrez was spotted outside of the club while Chris and his posse partied inside.

Brown took to Instagram shortly after the attention-seeking Gutierrez went public with her claims against him. The R&B singer posted a video in which he labeled Gutierrez as “ugly.”

“Obviously somebody is looking to get a check or start some s***,” Brown said. “I don’t know this old looking b****.”

The video has since been removed from Brown’s account.

Brown took to Instagram a second time posting, “I’m going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for us to grow the f**k up!”

Brown’s manager Mike G also expressed his feelings via Instagram. The post begins, “Shame on the networks that gave this story life and this liar her 15 minutes.”

According to BET Gutierrez has a history of trying to “bait” celebrities. Last year Gutierrez accused Jason Derulo of ditching her at The Argyle in Hollywood. TMZ captured a clip of Gutierrez claiming Derulo was not a “good guy” and that his behavior had left her and her friends in tears.
