Chris Brown Deleted Video Of Himself Calling Alleged Assault Victim Ugly And Old, But You Can Watch It Here

Chris Brown has been accused of battery by Liziane Gutierrez, who claims Brown punched her in the face last Saturday night. People reports that Chris Brown was hosting a party in his hotel suite in Las Vegas, where he allegedly punched Gutierrez and stole her cellphone after she snapped his photo. According to the police report, Gutierrez’s attempt to take Brown’s photo caused an argument that led to the assault.

“The victim was alleged to have been battered by Brown, who at the same time took her cell phone. A verbal altercation took place as the victim was escorted out of the room by private security and into the hallway.”

After the incident occurred, it was reported that Gutierrez was removed from the hotel property by hotel security and later came back to report the assault. When police arrived at the hotel, Chris Brown had left his room. They have yet to hear from Brown regarding the incident.

“The LVMPD has not heard from Mr. Brown regarding this incident and the investigation remains on going. A crime report has been taken for misdemeanor theft and misdemeanor battery listing Mr. Brown as a suspect.”

However, Chris Brown’s representative has responded, telling People that the allegations made by Gutierrez are not true.

“Her claim that she had her phone in her possession inside the after party and was able to take a photo causing an altercation with Chris Brown is a complete fabrication. This seems like a clear case of retaliation for her bruised ego.”

Chris Brown posted a video to Instagram that he later deleted, showing him talking about Gutierrez, calling her ugly and old, but the video is still circulating.

While this isn’t the first time Chris Brown has had issues with the law, according to TMZ, Gutierrez is also known to have a history of making trouble for celebrities who don’t give her what she wants. Jason Derulo was once her target when he said he wouldn’t take her to a Hollywood afterparty in his bus. Gutierrez claimed Derulo made the women who did go with him do things they didn’t want to do. This raises the question whether Gutierrez is lying about the assault by Chris Brown.

More recently, Mirror reports that Chris Brown has taken to Instagram to post a Happy New Year and to express his feelings about other people lying about him.

“Keeping my circle small in 2016! I’m done taking the care of grown a men. And I’m going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for some of us to grow the fk up! (sic)”

Chris Brown’s manager, Mike G., has also stepped up on Instagram to post a lengthy open letter discussing the role of the media in helping people find false fame through pretending to be the victim.

Chris Brown has been trying to change his ways in recent years, having once been on probation for assaulting previous girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Daily Mail reports that Brown gave a brand new Honda as a gift to Jessica Roncalli, a survivor of domestic abuse. He posted the gifting to Instagram and spoke about the strength of the woman, even though he didn’t personally know the family.

“This woman has delt (sic) with domestic abuse through her life and her 3 wonderful children had to experience that. I see myself when I looked into their eyes. The amount of strength this woman has is remarkable. I hope I could make their Christmas a great one.”
