Kristen Doute Calls James Kennedy And Lala Kent Relationship Fake, Believes Lala’s Flirting With Jax Taylor Is Also A ‘Sham’

Kristen Doute doesn’t believe that her ex, James Kennedy’s, new relationship with Lala Kent is real. In an interview with OK! Magazine posted on Friday, Kristen called James’ relationship with Lala “completely inauthentic.” That’s not the only thing Kristen believes is fake. Kristen also believes that Lala’s flirting with Jax Taylor is fake.

Kristen said that she just feels that James and Lala’s relationship is not real.

“I just feel their relationship, if you want to call it that, is completely inauthentic.”

Fake or not, Kristen believes that it’s a mistake for Lala to get involved with James, whom she called her “sloppy seconds.” Kristen also hinted that one of the reasons why she believes James and Lala’s relationship to be fake is the fact that the two are now making music together.

“That girl is on her own. She’s already bitten into the poison apple and she seems to be enjoying it so she can take my sloppy seconds and make her music.”

On Monday night’s Vanderpump Rules episode, James and Lala were shown working on a single together. On the After Show that aired immediately after, James said that the song, “Only You aka Feeling You,” was inspired by Lala. He explained that after his breakup with Kristen, he didn’t feel that he would fall for another person so quickly. He added that Lala is a girl he really respects and will continue to respect whether they remain together or not. James and Lala then performed an acoustic version of the song.

On the season 4 premiere episode, James Kennedy and Kristen Doute were still together. Kristen and James started dating after her long-term relationship with Tom Sandoval ended after it came out that she cheated on him with Jax Taylor. Kristen admitted in her interview with OK! Magazine that her relationship with James was a rebound and that she stayed in it for too long.

Unlike her relationship with Tom, Kristen’s relationship with James was much more short-lived. The relationship ended after it was revealed that James cheated on her with a friend.

James then began a flirtation with Lala. In a previous episode, during a group night out, Lala admitted to Kristen that she was another person James cheated on her with but also added that she didn’t know that they were still together at the time. Kristen told Lala that when she and James were still dating, James badmouthed her, going so far as calling her bad names.

Despite this, Lala Kent continued on with her relationship with James Kennedy. On Monday night’s episode, James confessed to Lala that he had sex with one of her friends, Lauren. Lala retaliated by telling Lauren’s boyfriend about the cheating and walking off hand-in-hand with Jax Taylor.

Kristen described Lala’s flirting with Jax as “boring” and a “sham” to OK! Magazine.

On the After Show, James said that there was no malicious intent behind him having sex with Lauren. He said that he did not do it to make Lala jealous and that unlike Jax, who will sleep with girls to get back at his exes, he simply finds sex an expression of love.

Jax himself was in a long-distance relationship when he flirted with Lala and walked away from SUR with her. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Jax and Brittany Cartwright are still together. Brittany even showed her support for Jax, via Twitter, as Vanderpump Rules aired on Monday night.

Why does Lala Kent keep sticking by James Kennedy despite the wrongs that he has done? Is she, as Kristen Doute implied, just in it for the fame? On Friday, Lala posted a tweet that seemed to defend James.

“We all f**k up. It’s a matter of owning your f**k up. There. That’s my preach to y’all for the day #PumpRules.”
