The trailer for the upcoming game The Beatles: Rock Band has been released.
I’m not usually one to gush over trailers like this, but this one is the exception, because it’s all sorts of awesome. Covering the full history of the Beatles in music and visuals, the trailer embraces the style of each period as well, from the screaming fans in the north of England, to the pythonesque imagery of their later albums.
According to the official spiel for the game, players “follow The Beatles from their earliest days to their triumphant Ed Sullivan Show appearance and beyond. Join them in the studio at Abbey Road and experience dreamscapes that put you inside the psychedelic era.”
