‘The Bachelor’ Ben Higgins Says Physical Contact Will Be Limited, Will He Kiss And Tell This Season?

The Bachelor begins next month and Ben Higgins will be seen making the journey to find his soul mate. He is the 20th guy who has gone through this process of finding true love and he is going to take every advantage that he can to make this work. However, there is one thing that he is not going to be doing, and that is excessive kissing and physical contact.

Just like the bachelors before him, Higgins will be getting to know the 25 women who will be vying for his attention. It is not an easy task by any means and that is why, according to E! News, Ben has been getting some much needed advice from a few previous men who have gone through the same process. After much consideration, Ben Higgins has decided to refrain from too much kissing or physical contact with the females, at least in the beginning stages. He said that he wants to focus more on their personalities and getting to know them rather than the physical side of things.

“I really wanted to concentrate on getting to know these woman outside of the physical aspect of it. I think that is always important in a relationship and it comes in time, but I wanted to make sure we spent our time getting to know each other one on one and not necessarily kissing or making out the whole the time.”

The Bachelor has admitted that he is a Christian and that his faith is high on the top of his list as something that he wants to share with his future wife. He didn’t find that with Kaitlyn Bristowe on the previous season of The Bachelorette, but it could happen this time around now that he will be in charge of who gets the final rose.

Ben says that he has learned from his mistakes from his time with Kaitlyn and the experiences that he had. Now he is ready to take on the leading role as the new Bachelor. Even though he is not expected to get too physical right away with the ladies, you know that kissing will definitely happen. It’s just a matter of when.

Host Chris Harrison said on Yahoo! TV that he is pretty sure that all 25 women, as well as the viewers, will fall “head over heels in love” with Ben Higgins. He was certainly a fan-favorite contestant on Kaitlyn’s season and more of this guy’s vulnerability will be seen in just a few short weeks.

This 20th season of The Bachelor also has a set of twins who will be competing against each other for Ben’s affections. This will certainly make it interesting if he ends up choosing to keep one twin around a little longer, or even to the end, but then having to send the other one home. Hopefully, Higgins will be able to tell them apart eventually.

Now that he is done filming and has hopefully given one of the ladies his final rose, now comes the task of trying to get on with his life without giving anything away. Ben said that he is back home in Denver working and doing some of the things that he has neglected while he was gone trying to find his one true love. He sounds like he is happy just doing his normal routine. He expressed his feelings on how he feels about being out of the spotlight for now.

“I have faith in Jesus that continues to remind me that I’m not the biggest thing around. That’s what I’m excited to get back to.”

Of course, Ben Higgins will be in the forefront coming next month when the 20th season of The Bachelor premieres on Monday, January 4. He won’t be able to not be “the biggest thing around” as his name will be trending on social media soon enough.
