Kim & Kanye Baby Pictures: Kim Kardashian Could Already Have Plans On How To Show Off New Baby Boy
Kim Karashian and Kanye West just welcomed their baby boy, but fans hoping for pictures of the little one will likely have to wait.
Kim went into labor this weekend, close to a month earlier than her expected due date. Though the baby boy — whose name is still private — is just hours old, fans are already clamoring for pictures of baby West.
And the tabloids have reportedly followed suit. Hollywood Life reported that magazines and entertainment networks have approached Kim and Kanye about pictures of their baby boy.

But the couple may have other plans. The report noted that E!, which has built a reality television empire around the Kardashian family, is angling to have the baby photo release take place on the network.
“They have been approached by magazines to take pictures with the baby,” a source told the celebrity news outlet. “E! has asked for the reveal to be on the show. And [Kim and Kanye] also are thinking about putting it on their websites on Christmas as a thank you to fans and also a way to drive subscriptions to their sites. That is actually the option that has been mostly talked about, and the most likely thing to happen.”
If history is any indication, fans may have to wait quite a long time before fans get a look at Baby West. After the birth of their first daughter, North, Kim and Kanye waited several weeks before releasing the first picture.

And however Kanye West and Kim Kardashian decide to share the first picture of their baby boy, it is likely to be a very calculated move. Kim is not one to waste a chance to grab the spotlight, and with her first child she and Kanye decided to debut the pictures on her mother’s, Kris Jenner’s, talk show.
That show is now off the air, but Kim could still have a chance to make a big splash. In the past, E! has been known to craft television specials out of big life events for the Kardashians. Last year, the network made a two-part special out of Kim’s wedding, showing everything from the lead-up and parties in Europe to special footage from the big day itself.
“The group also documents the final fitting of Kim’s Givenchy wedding gown and the bridesmaid dresses, as well as the ladies of the family traveling on a private jet to Florence, and all the guests dressing for the formal Forte di Belvedere ceremony,” the network said in a statement (via Wonderwall). “The season finale also features a look at the trip through the bride and groom’s eyes, allowing viewers to experience their wedding journey in the couple’s signature style.”
For now, it’s not just the pictures that Kim and Kanye are holding back. They have remained silent on their baby boy’s name, though there are reports that they picked Robert for a middle name as a nod to Kim’s father, the late noted lawyer Robert Kardashian.
No one in the family seems to be giving up the name, either. Cameras caught up with her younger sister, Kylie, but the second-youngest of the Jenner clan said there was nothing she could reveal about the newest member of the clan.
But once Kim Kardashian has shared the first baby pictures, it’s likely that fans will be getting more regular updates. Kim is very active on social media, often sharing pictures of North West and Kanye on Instagram.
