Taylor Swift Has 5 Of 10 Most Liked Instagram Photos Of 2015 [Photos]

Taylor Swift has been confirmed as the Queen of Instagram for 2015. First off, Swift is the most followed person on Instagram, but People reports that she added 40 million of her 55.4 million followers in 2015. In addition, Taylor Swift has claimed five of the 10 most-liked Instagram photos of the year.

These photos include Taylor Swift’s roses from Kanye West:

On top of this, Taylor swift also has six of the top 10 videos posted on Instagram in 2015.

The fact that Taylor Swift is so well loved is due to so many reasons, including her interaction with fans, her engagement on Instagram, and her incredible generosity. The New York Times reports that Swift announced on Thursday that she was gifting the Seattle Symphony with $50,000. In particular, Swift is a big fan on the piece “Become Ocean” and the music director of the Seattle Symphony was happy to hear it.

“I was thrilled to hear that Taylor was moved by ‘Become Ocean,’ like all of us at the Seattle Symphony. This is a powerful piece with a unique soundscape. We’re especially thankful that she wishes to support our musicians, and that she shares our belief that all people should be able to experience symphonic music.”

John Luther Adams, who created the piece, was also happy to hear of Taylor Swift’s interest in “Become Ocean.”

“I’m delighted. Through her generosity and her open ears, Taylor Swift is inviting her fans to experience a new and different kind of music.”

The Seattle Symphony posted an official thank you to Taylor Swift on their YouTube channel.

Taylor Swift certainly has a wide range of interest when it comes to music, from classical to her own “Bad Blood.”

MTV loves “Bad Blood” and has provided nine reasons why “Bad Blood” would be perfect for remaking the “Super Bowl Shuffle.”

Some of these reasons include the awesome support “Bad Blood” would provide a football team, the fact that the crowd would go wild if they did it, and the fact that there are structural similarities between the two that would make it so simple.

It’s too bad for MTV and Taylor Swift fans that, according to Us Weekly, Coldplay has been confirmed as the headliner for the 2016 Super Bowl Halftime show. Swift was rumored to be in contention for an appearance, but it is confirmed that she is not involved in the show.

Chris Chase of USA Today‘s “For The Win” questions why the likes of Taylor Swift, or even Adele, have not been invited to headline the Super Bowl Halftime show. After all, they are two stars in their prime. But then he is quick to point out that the Super Bowl Halftime show never has artists that are in their prime.

“Never, and I mean NEVER, has a performer at the height of his, hers or their power performed at the Super Bowl, with the exception of the time Britney Spears and N’Sync… made a guest appearance with Aerosmith.”

Taylor Swift has her hands full right now with her Australian tour and her big birthday bash, then she will probably need some much-deserved and needed downtime. Maybe she can be added to the list of possibilities for next year’s Super Bowl Halftime show.
