Miranda Lambert Is ‘Dating In Secret’ As She Struggles To Determine What Led To Blake Shelton Divorce

Miranda Lambert is following ex-husband Blake Shelton’s lead by embarking on a brand new dating life after divorce. In the months since splitting from her former partner, Miranda Lambert has kept a low profile, but soon, fans may be seeing her step out with a new man.

On December 2, a source told Us Weekly that Miranda Lambert was dating again, and she was doing so on the down low.

On their cover, a headline reads, “Dating In Secret: Partying with old friends, flirty nights with new guys. How Miranda’s starting over in Nashville.”

“[Miranda Lambert] has started going on a few dates. She’s really enjoying it,” a friend of Miranda Lambert told the magazine. “[Miranda Lambert] has been on a couple of dinner dates and gone out for drinks. They were just guys she met around.”

According to the source, Miranda Lambert often hits the town with friends and is considered to be a regular at Winners and Losers. While out, the source explained, Miranda Lambert drinks, parties, dances, and flirts.

Miranda Lambert and Shelton parted ways in July after four years of marriage. Then, months later, Miranda Lambert’s ex-husband went public with his new romance with Gwen Stefani, with whom he stars on The Voice.

After going public with their relationship, Shelton and Stefani have made their affection for one another no secret, both on-screen and off, with outings in Nashville and Los Angeles and plenty of PDA on The Voice.

Miranda Lambert stayed silent about her former husband and his new girlfriend for weeks, but late last month, she gave an interview to Cosmopolitan Magazine and shared a few of her post-divorce thoughts.

“We were together for 10 years, married for four, were very quickly divorced, and are friends,” Miranda Lambert explained to Cosmopolitan Magazine, according to an E! News report on December 1.

Miranda Lambert then admitted to being a bit confused as to where she and Shelton went wrong.

“I’m still processing everything and figuring out where to go and what happened. [Marriage] is a tough business, and we gave it our best college try…”

As for who Miranda Lambert may be dating, she’s been linked to Sam Hunt for the last couple of weeks. In October, a source told OK! Magazine, via Hollywood Life, that Miranda Lambert and Hunt couldn’t help but flirt with one another as they prepared for their 2016 tour. The source also claimed Hunt made Miranda Lambert feel sexy, which was just what the country star needed after her highly publicized split from Shelton.

While Miranda Lambert and Hunt will certainly have a hard time keeping any alleged romance secret as they embark on their tour, the OK! Magazine source claimed they were determined to keep things between them, at least for the time being.

“[Miranda Lambert] and Sam can’t help but flirt. Spending time with Sam has been a huge lift for Miranda. They are getting very close, he makes her feel sexy and that is exactly what Miranda needs right now.”

Miranda Lambert will surely be spending tons of time together in the upcoming months, but as far as a romance is concerned, that has yet to be determined. However, as Us Weekly proclaimed, Miranda Lambert appears to be keeping things casual for now as she plays the field post-divorce.
