Stassi Schroeder Returns To ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ Scheana Marie Disses Blogger As A ‘Dark Cloud?’

Stassi Schroeder claimed she was done with Vanderpump Rules months ago, but then, as the cast filmed Season 4, she suddenly had a change of heart — much to the dismay of many of her co-stars. Although some were happy to see her back, including her friend Kristen Doute, others weren’t so thrilled, and according to Scheana Marie Shay, many didn’t want anything to do with Stassi Schroeder’s reality return!

“At first, none of us wanted anything to do with [Stassi Schroeder] coming back,” Shay told E! News on November 30. “It was annoying because we were halfway through filming. We had all of these things going on, Katie just got engaged, and it was just such a happy time. To have such a dark cloud come back over that happy time, it was not welcomed very nicely.”

Shay went on to claim that while she was surprised at first, she eventually came to her senses and realized that Stassi Schroeder wasn’t going to miss an opportunity to reclaim the spotlight and make Season 4 “about her.” Shay also said she didn’t think Stassi Schroeder had anything else to do.

While Stassi Schroeder is currently hosting a Podcast series, Straight Up With Stassi is only taped once a week, and as for her fashion blog, Stassi Schroeder only appears to work on that once a week — if that. When readers visit the site, the last post is marked November 20, and prior to her latest post, Stassi Schroeder had only shared two posts in the month of November.

As for their future relationship, Shay didn’t seem to have much hope for a reconciliation between herself and Stassi Schroeder.

“I mean, I’ve tried. I really have,” Shay told E! News. But, “I feel like we’re two people who aren’t really supposed to be friends. We’ve tried, we want to be friends. But it just never really works out. I don’t know if it’s like a competitive thing. But I’ll always have love for [Stassi Schroeder]. She’s always someone I’ll care about. I just don’t know that we’ll ever be as close as we were before.”

During Season 1, Stassi Schroeder and Shay weren’t close, but then, during Season 2, the two women appeared to be close friends and Stassi Schroeder played a part in Shay’s engagement to her now-husband, Mike.

Although Stassi Schroeder was expected to act as a bridesmaid during Shay’s July 2014 wedding, the two women had a falling out several months prior, and when Shay walked down the aisle, Stassi Schroeder wasn’t a bridesmaid, nor was she a guest after being uninvited from the celebration.

Tom Sandoval also spoke out recently in regard to Stassi Schroeder’s return to Vanderpump Rules. Below is what he told Popdust last month.

“[Stassi Schroeder] said she was too good and obviously she wasn’t because she’s back. I’m definitely not a big fan of [Stassi Schroeder] and I never really put up with her s**t. She talked a lot of s**t on us and the show. I can’t really trust her intentions with coming back. It’s to further [Stassi Schroeder]’s career, not because she truly wants to fix friendships.”
