Zayn Malik And Gigi Hadid Have ‘Specs’ Appeal, But Selena Gomez Wants Gigi’s New Man

Gigi Hadid has managed to snag for herself the first member of One Direction to go solo, and Zayn Malik is probably pretty thrilled to be dating a Victoria’s Secret model. However, Gigi might need to remove those angel wings so that she can see over her shoulder — Selena Gomez also has her eye on the former One Direction singer.

Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid are reportedly dating, and it looks like Zayn really digs his new ladylove’s taste in eyewear. According to Us Weekly, Zayn recently tweeted a photo of himself rocking Gigi Hadid’s very stylish specs. In the photo below, Zayn has a Golden Girls thing going on with his girlfriend’s granny glasses and his gray hair.

Fans of Hollywood’s newest “It” couple completely freaked out about Zayn Malik borrowing Gigi Hadid’s glasses, with some Twitter users gushing that one of their “relationship goals” is to share specs with a significant other. However, it’s probably not the best idea to pick a partner based on your prescription lenses.

While Zayn and Gigi are getting so serious that they’ve started sharing accessories, a few of their fellow celebs don’t want “Zizi” to happen. According to InStyle, Selena Gomez recently hinted that she wouldn’t mind hooking up with Zayn Malik. In response to rumors that she and the former One Direction singer had started seeing each other, Selena said that the world would know it if she was dating Zayn — there’s no way she’d try to hide a romance with Perrie Edwards’ ex.

“If he had asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him. Just kidding, but not kidding,” Selena Gomez said.

Selena is pretty good pals with Gigi Hadid, as evidenced by an Instagram photo that shows the gals hanging out with Taylor Swift and Bella Hadid, so Selena probably won’t break the girl code by trying to go after Gigi’s man.

After Justin Bieber sees Selena Gomez’s comments about Zayn Malik, he might decide to cancel the super-sized double date that he allegedly has planned for his on-again, off-again girlfriend. Hollywood Life is claiming that the Biebs is going to rent out the Staples Center so that he and Selena Gomez can watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens together, and he’s inviting Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid to join them. This rumor might seem a bit out-of-this-world, but Justin has actually paid to screen a movie at the Staples Center before.

If Alli Simpson gets her way, Gigi Hadid will be bringing a different date to that rumored Star Wars screening. According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Alli is actively trying to get her brother, pop star Cody Simpson, back together with Gigi Hadid. Gigi and Cody broke things off this summer, and Alli Simpson thinks that the couple should give their romance another shot. She says that Cody and Gigi still hang out with each other and that Cody still has feelings for his ex.

“I am trying [to get them back together]. I know he still loves Gigi,” Alli revealed. “They just honestly adore each other.”

“They have been hanging out, but they are super friendly. They are each other’s best friends. I think that when they see each other, it’s really comfortable.”

Unfortunately for Cody, it looks like Gigi Hadid has possibly developed a thing for dark-haired former boy band stars. Before she hooked up with Zayn Malik, she spent a few months dating Joe Jonas. Gigi and Joe hooked up soon after Gigi and Cody called it quits, but their romance couldn’t survive their busy work schedules. According to People, Gigi Hadid and Joe Jonas broke up early this month, and Gigi wasn’t single for long — she quickly rebounded with Zayn Malik after a week or two of being single.

According to Us Weekly, Zayn and Gigi were spotted together Sunday night after the American Music Awards. A source revealed that the pop star and the model have already been dating for a couple of weeks and that they text each other all the time.
