Selena Gomez Mansion Yours For Just $4.5 Million: Singer’s Reason For Selling & New Justin Bieber Revelation Shock

Selena Gomez owns a mansion that can be yours. Providing 7,786 sprawling square feet in California, the home has been put up for sale. Gomez is seeking a mere $4,495,000 for the mansion, which includes three acres of land, reported People.

Located in Calabasas, the home went on the market last week and features a pool complete with a waterfall, five fireplaces, seven bathrooms, and six bedrooms.

“Extremely rare & private compound in the illustrious Mureau Estates gated community of Calabasas. Sprawling over 3 acres, this exceptional custom home provides every amenity expected of a luxury estate,” tempts the listing.

With a backyard described as “magnificent,” the house listing also offers some clues about Selena. The lifestyle that Gomez enjoyed in that mansion included an office and bedroom both gleaming with purple paint. The living room has a high ceiling in which an elegant white piano resides. Add in a bedecked dining room with chandeliers and walls painted turquoise, as well as an outdoor eating area worthy of an Italian villa, and you can feel like a pop singer if you have the money to afford it.

But why is Selena selling that home after owning it for less than two years? It’s not due to memories of Justin Bieber. Instead, Gomez wants to move away from that mansion because of some frightening experiences there, reported TMZ.

Soon after paying $3.7 million for that home, Selena had a scary visit from a stalker. That person then appeared again only days later. Although that stalker was arrested, Gomez had reason to phone 911 three different times because she was worried that an intruder had broken into her mansion.

This isn’t the first time that Selena has purchased a home and then had problems with stalkers. However, since 2016 will be a touring year, Gomez also wouldn’t be using her mansion much anyway.

However, even though Justin Bieber isn’t the reason that Selena is moving, fans of both singers got a shock when news recently broke about the role that Bieber played in Gomez’s struggle with Lupus, despite their much-publicized split, reported Hollywood Life.

Selena shared that she had chemotherapy as part of her treatment for Lupus. Even though Bieber and Gomez had split a year earlier, Justin was there for her during her health challenges. The 21-year-old pop star helped his former 23-year-old girlfriend by helping her feel good about herself with praise, and even created unique tunes specifically for Selena. As a result, Bieber was a major factor in her recovery.

“He would always tell her she’s the most beautiful girl in the world, and that it wouldn’t matter if she gained weight, lost her hair, or anything,” an insider told Hollywood Life.

In addition, that source shared with the publication that Justin took time from his busy schedule to pamper his former girlfriend.

“He would make up little songs for her…and if they were both in L.A., he’d come over and order in her favorite foods from all the most expensive restaurants in Beverly Hills,” the insider shared with Hollywood Life.

Despite the fact that Bieber was no longer in a formal boyfriend-girlfriend relationship with Selena, Justin was concerned about the challenges that resulted from Gomez’s medical issues.

“They have obviously had a lot of ups and downs in their relationship, but he really stepped up for her,” noted the same insider. “That’s not to say there haven’t been plenty of other times when he was a jerk, but he knew she was struggling, and he wanted to let her know he was there for her.”

Selena was fearful about the chemotherapy, and Justin’s support soothed her fears.
