Kanye West and his representative have taken to the media to clear up any confusion regarding a tweet that was reportedly sent out and then quickly removed. The revealing tweet portrayed the voluptuous Kim Kardashian, naked and eating a fruit.
The internet quickly exploded the image, sending it viral and giving it no chance to be kept quiet. However, what was interesting was that the photo that was supposedly tweeted by Kanye, wasn’t even his current Kardashian girlfriend, but instead adult-film actress Amia Miley who was quick to claim the fame.
Miley immediately took to Twitter and assured that the viral image being circulated was indeed her and that she was confused as to why the image was making the rounds again when she released that photo back in 2011.
“Apparently a naked photo of me eating is going viral…as Kim Kardashian…I’m confused,” she tweeted. “im not going 2 argue about whether that pic is me or not.. want proof? look at the back dimple piercings. kim k doesn’t have those.”
Kanye repeatedly denied the rumors of infidelity as celebrity site TMZ.com continued to spread the false allegations about West and the adult film actress.
To clear things up, Kanye’s representative has released an official statement to deny the details surrounding the tweet incident.
“In regards to this ‘story’ that Kanye posted and then took down intimate pictures on his Twitter account: TOTALLY FALSE. Laughably so. This phantom tweet never occurred on his account,” his representative told Us Weekly. “This is obviously the desperate, sad act of someone seeking to gain media exposure by exploiting Kanye’s notoriety. Kanye doesn’t even know this person, has never seen this picture, and hasn’t been on his Twitter account for a day.”
Celebrity gossip site TMZ later went on to admit that the tweet must have been “part of #WanksterWednesday, A prank day where people try to get bogus rumors started.”
Do you think Kanye West was behind the real tweet?
