Samuel Krost, Gigi Hadid’s Friend, Holds Hands With Selena Gomez During NYC Date: New Boyfriend? [Photos]

Is Gigi Hadid’s friend, Samuel Krost, dating Selena Gomez? It sure looks that way. On November 9, following her appearance at Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards in New York City, Gomez hit the town with Samuel Krost and appeared to confirm their rumored romance with some serious PDA moments at Cipriani.

According to a November 10 report by Hollywood Life, Samuel Krost is a sales and merchandising exec who is extremely close with Hadid. People Magazine also revealed Samuel Krost was a New York University graduate and noted that his friend, model Cully Smoller, was also in attendance during his evening out with Gomez.

During the couple’s assumed date, Gomez was seen leaning towards Samuel Krost, who sat across from her at their dinner table as they held hands. Then, after spending a few moments on Samuel Krost’s lap, the rumored new pair left the restaurant — hand in hand. While Gomez seemed to be aware of the cameras, who were snapping photos of her and Samuel Krost from outside of the Big Apple hotspot, she didn’t seem to mind the attention and continued to flirt and laugh while chatting with Samuel Krost.

“Basking in one another’s company, Selena and [Samuel Krost] beamed from ear to ear as they held hands across the table,” the Daily Mail reported of Samuel Krost’s outing with Gomez on November 10. “Getting a little closer to [Samuel Krost], Gomez made her way over to him, took a seat on his lap and draped her arm over his shoulder. On arrival to the restaurant, the pair were seen holding hands as the Sales and Merchandising Executive led the way.”

Just weeks ago, Samuel Krost shared a couple of photos of himself and the Hadid sisters, Gigi and Bella, on Instagram. During what appeared to be Heidi Klum’s Halloween bash, Samuel Krost posed with Gigi and shared a selfie with Bella. Also worth mentioning is the fact that Samuel Krost and Gigi were both dressed in Grease-themed outfits.

If Gomez is, in fact, dating Samuel Krost, one person who may not be thrilled with the news is Gomez’s ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber. For the last several weeks, Bieber has been speaking a lot about his former romance with his fellow singer, and during an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show, he spoke of their possible future reconciliation.

“We have a lot of history together and I am sure it could possibly happen,” Bieber told Ellen Degeneres of possibly getting back with Gomez. “I think we are both just on our own journeys and figuring ourselves out and I think maybe once we figure ourselves out we can comeback and make an awesome duo.”

Bieber also admitted to missing Gomez during the interview, as the Daily Mail revealed on November 10.

“It is tough. There is a lot of stuff that reminds me of her… You know, in relationships, you see something on TV and you are like, ‘I remember when we used to watch this or I remember that smell; it reminds me of that time.'”

Although Samuel Krost’s Instagram was previously accessible to the public, he made the account private on Tuesday morning shortly after news of his alleged romance with Gomez was announced.

For the last couple of years, Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid have appeared to be good friends. However, it is unclear whether or not Gigi set up Gomez with Samuel Krost.
