Stassi Schroeder Returns: Tom Sandoval Isn’t Excited About Her Return To ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ Prefers New Girl Lala Kent

Stassi Schroeder announced she was quitting Vanderpump Rules after three seasons back in May, but last month, she was seen in the Season 4 trailer. While Stassi Schroeder was sure she wanted to leave Bravo just months ago, she later had a change of heart, and as the fourth season continues, fans will get to see her rejoin her co-stars in hopes of making amends with some of her former friends.

Although many fans are excited to see Stassi Schroeder’s return, other have expressed their disappointment, and some of Stassi Schroeder’s former co-stars aren’t too happy either.

During an interview with PopDust earlier this week, Sandoval spoke of Stassi Schroeder’s return, claiming he’s no fan of hers, and questioning her motives for coming back after talking so much “s**t.”

“As far as [Stassi Schroeder] saying everything she said last season about not returning, I tend to take people on their actions. She said she was too good and obviously she wasn’t because she’s back. I’m definitely not a big fan of [Stassi Schroeder] and I never really put up with her s**t. She talked a lot of s**t on us and the show. I can’t really trust her intentions with coming back. It’s to further her career, not because she truly wants to fix friendships.”

Sandoval went on to claim that his co-stars are his friends, and there’s a lot of love between them, but when it comes to Stassi Schroeder, he doesn’t feel she truly cares for anyone. Instead, he explained, Stassi Schroeder was only sorry for her behavior after the cameras started rolling.

While it is currently unclear what specific incident Stassi Schroeder will be apologizing for, she is seen meeting with both Lisa Vanderpump and Jax Taylor during the Season 4 trailer. As she chatted with her former boss, with whom she’s had a tense relationship since the end of Season 2, Stassi Schroeder accuses Vanderpump of hating her, before she’s informed she is simply “not important enough to hate.” Stassi Schroeder is then seen with Taylor, whom she appears to be happy to see, despite their past issues.

Sandoval may not be a fan of Stassi Schroeder any longer, but he has taken a liking to Lala Kent, who was brought aboard Season 4 of Vanderpump Rules to seemingly replace Schroeder, who took on a lesser role as of Season 3.

“Ahhhh yes, Faith and Lala. They didn’t necessarily come in to stir things up, but that’s just what happens with our crazy group. Lala was a good addition not only to our cast, but to our group of friends.”

Stassi Schroeder began starting in a part-time role during the third season of Vanderpump Rules after she quit her job at SUR Lounge after filming Season 2, and since then, her appearances have been few and far between. Even though Season 4 kicked off earlier this week, Stassi Schroeder wasn’t seen, and at this point, her debut date is anyone’s guess.

Stassi Schroeder’s former best friend, Katie Maloney, and her on-again, off-again friend, Scheana Marie, were also unimpressed with her decision to return to the show after quitting. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight earlier this week, Maloney said she was “confused” by Stassi Schroeder’s comeback.
