Anna Duggar’s Sister Shows Support For Duggars, Priscilla Waller Isn’t Shunning Duggar Family
Anna Duggar’s sister, Priscilla Waller, doesn’t seem to be shunning the Duggar family. In fact, it appears that Priscilla is supporting her sister Anna’s decision to remain with Josh Duggar following the unfaithful husband’s behavior. Despite Josh Duggar’s admission that he broke his wedding vows and suffers from a pornography addiction, it seems that Priscilla Waller is standing by the Duggar’s side throughout the ordeal.
Rumors were circulating that Anna Duggar’s family members were trying to convince her to leave Josh Duggar following the revelation that he was not faithful in their marriage. However, it seems that at least one member of Anna’s family is standing by the Duggars throughout the ordeal. Priscilla and her husband David Waller have been close with Josh and Anna. The couples would frequently appear in photos and videos together and just weeks before Josh Duggar would admit himself to a rehab facility for treatment, the Wallers joined the Duggars for a workday on their Arkansas home.
Josh and Anna Duggar returned to Arkansas from Washington DC after it was revealed that Josh had molested young girls, including his sisters, as a teen. Following the release of the police report outlining Josh’s behavior as a teen, he promptly stepped own from his position with The Family Research Council. Without his conservative lobbying job, Josh was forced to move back to Arkansas with his family. The pair returned to Arkansas and moved into a home owned by the Duggar family. The home was a work-in-progress and the Wallers and Kellers came to Arkansas to help with some of the work. Just weeks after the work party, Josh would admit that he cheated on Anna and was addicted to pornography.
Many speculated that the Kellers were livid with Josh and attempted to convince Anna to file for divorce. The rumors began when Anna allegedly visited her family in Florida. In fact, a source recently told Hollywood Life that a few of Anna’s family members back in her home state are taking advantage of her separation from her kids and Josh’s kin by trying to convince her to leave her troubled husband.
“He has rallied a couple of their sisters and brothers to take this opportunity to talk some sense into Anna. They know when she’s at home surrounded by the Duggars and their friends, Anna will never listen to them. But Daniel and the others are hoping that getting her away from the Duggar clan will help. They want to stage a family meeting or divorce intervention and really tell Anna how they feel.”
Though Daniel may be leading a charge to have Anna leave the Duggar clan for good, it seems that sister Priscilla is standing with the Duggars. Priscilla and David have repeatedly shared social media posts made by Duggar family members since the Josh Duggar ordeal. From pirate photos to congratulating Jill on passing her midwife exam, the Wallers are continuing to treat the Duggars as one of their own.
In fact, the family has shared one of Jessa Seewald’s posts as recently as October 17, 2015.
As Anna Duggar divorce rumors run rampant, it seems that the divorce allegations may have been premature. Anna recently appeared in photos with Jill and Derick Dillard at their going away party. Anna appeared in good spirits and health, which means that divorce and separation from the Duggars may be unlikely.
