Alyson Hannigan can no longer claim the title of biggest baby bump, after she and her husband, Alexis Denisof, welcomed their daughter, Keeva Jane, into the world on May 23rd.
Alyson had previously referred to her pregnancy a few times on Twitter, according to The Daily Mail . Shortly after news came out that Jessica Simpson had given birth, she jokingly wrote, “Does this mean I now have the biggest bump?” Not anymore.
A rep for the How I Met Your Mother star said that both mom and daughter are doing well. Shortly after her rep made the announcement, Us Weekly reports that Hannigan posted an Instagram photo of Keeva’s small hand, boasting the caption, “Love.” She posted the photo on her Twitter account, giving her fans a small glimpse of her new baby girl.
Alyson Hannigan, 38, and hubby, fellow actor Alexis Denisof, 46, have been married since October 2003, and already have one daughter, Satyana, who is 3.
When Satyana was born in 2010, Hannigan told Us Weekly that:
“[Being a mother] has changed me in every way because my life is so much greater,” Hannigan told Us in May 2010. “It filled a void I never knew was there — it’s the most amazing experience of my life. I just feel so blessed to get to be on this journey, to be a mommy. [Satyana] is just the greatest baby.”
Halle Kiefer with Vh1 notes that:
“Little Keeva Jane joins 3-year-old sis Satyana in the ever-increasing pool of child who will never, ever, ever find a magnet or a keychain with their name on it at Disney World. Not ever.”
