AlDub fans can watch the Tamang Panahon concert live online and see the phenomena that has #ALDubEBTamangPanahon set to smash records on Twitter.
The noontime show Eat Bulaga has been steadily building anticipation for the concert, which features the show’s wildly popular loves Alden and Yaya Dub. Millions of fans have followed along as the two work through trials and tribulations to be together, and now they get a chance to see them both live on stage at the Philippine Arena.
The concert takes place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., but those who aren’t able to make it will still have some options to watch the AlDub concert live online (links below).
There will likely be some big firsts at the event, including the first time Alden and Yaya Dub hold hands, sing together, and possibly even share their first kiss.
Fans seemed particularly excited to see them kiss for the first time. The show has hinted toward a kiss before, even showing Alden kiss an image of Yaya Dub on a television screen, but always left viewers waiting. Viewers even watched as Lola Nidora told Tinidora to give Yaya some advice on how to hold off a kiss, building anticipation for Saturday’s concert.
That anticipation is nearing record levels. Hours before the concert was scheduled to begin, fans have started making the hashtag #ALDubEBTamangPanahon blow up on Twitter, reaching the 10 million mark in the morning and continuing to grow.

AlDub now has a chance to top its previous record of 26 million tweets for the September 26 hashtag ALDubEBforLOVE. The all-time record of tweets for a single event came back in February, when Super Bow XLIX drew 28.4 million. But if #ALDubEBTamangPanahon continues to grow at the pace that it has so far, that record could fall on Saturday.
The AlDub concert is so popular that it even caused some major gridlock, with fans packing the streets even hours before the concert was scheduled to start.

Some fans even reached shuttle pickup points at 4 a.m., GMA Network noted.
There is a good chance the AlDub concert breaks viewership records as well. As the GMA Network noted last month, the show is very nearly beating the popular Manny Pacquiao in the ratings.
“Powered by the AlDub nation, the long-running noontime show posted a rating of 43.1 in Mega Manila according to AGB Nielsen, a new high for 2015.
“That number puts the 36-year-old program in rarefied air, as it has reached the level of Pacquiao fights.
“The pound-for-pound king’s last exclusive fight on GMA-7 against Chris Algieri last November drew 43.8 rating, less than a point above the AlDub number.
“Pacquiao’s fight against Mayweather last May, which was simulcast over three different networks, drew a 28.4 rating on GMA-7, 12.7 on ABS-CBN, and 3.3 on TV5 – a total rating of 44.4. That was just 1.3 points higher than Eat Bulaga’s Saturday episode.”
The saga of Alden and Yaya Dub has now gone international, getting media attention far beyond the Philippines. Even Disney joined in last month, posting on Facebook a picture from the movie Inside Out with a reference to AlDub. There have been stories in American and Chinese press about the commercial success of the show and its stars as well.
