Did Khloe Kardashian, James Harden Split Via Text Message?

Khloe Kardashian and James Harden may have gone their separate ways after Lamar Odom’s health scare, but she’s still paying for their relationship. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is being sued over throwing fireworks for the Houston Rockets player.

According to a report via the Gossip Cop, Khloe Kardashian is being sued for throwing a fireworks display for James Harden’s birthday. Kardashian threw her former boyfriend a birthday on a yacht in Marina Del Rey back in August. The fireworks went off at midnight, annoying residents in the area. Although the Kardashian sister received permission from law enforcement for the fireworks display, she may be taken to small claims court for causing so much noise and commotion.

One of Marina Del Rey’s residents, James Ferguson, told TMZ that Khloe’s fireworks caused a “disturbance that harmed our family and pet.” He’s currently seeking $7,500 in damages, but the court documents do not explain how Khloe’s fireworks “harmed” his family.

If Kardashian doesn’t appear in court, Ferguson could win a default judgement. Since no lawyers are allowed in small claims court, Kardashian will have to face Ferguson herself. The news of this new lawsuit comes days after Kardashian split from former boyfriend Harden and then called off her divorce from Lamar Odom. Kardashian may even get sued by Love Ranch South owner Dennis Hoff for Odom’s $79,000 bill if the payment doesn’t go through.

Now let’s get to the rumors about James Harden and Khloe Kardashian’s not-so-surprising split. An insider told the Hollywood Life that the NBA star is not going to date another married woman for as long as he lives.

“He won’t get played by another woman. He’s thankful Khloe taught him a valuable lesson about relationships – never date a woman who’s not legally divorced from her husband.”

Harden isn’t taking the news of their split too poorly though. The anonymous snitch told the celebrity gossip site that he’s been laughing so hard since the news of their split. In fact, “the entire situation is funny to James,” according to the alleged source. Some of Harden’s teammates are laughing over the news as well, and have been “busting his chops about it too – but it’s all in fun.” The source said that Harden’s teammates weren’t happy to hear when he was sparking a romance with the famous Kardashian sister, so they’re happier to hear that he’s a free man again.

Meanwhile, another source has told the Hollywood Life that Khloe split up with James via text message. But he first found out the news on TV before she texted him. Ouch!

“James has yet to speak to Khloe by phone after he heard, on the news no less, that she had called off her divorce with Lamar. The only thing he’s gotten from Khloe in the last 24-hours was a text that said ‘I’m sorry.’ That’s it. He didn’t even respond.”

According to the Hollywood Life report, it appears that Kardashian didn’t even give Harden an explanation for their split. It’s obvious that she has Odom on her mind, as she’s been staying by his side, even since he was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital.

James Harden is not showing any signs of sadness after Khloe Kardashian left his side to stick by her estranged husband. He took to Instagram to let his fans know that he’ll be back in the court in a week. James then shared a video of himself rapping along to Future.

As for Khloe and Lamar, it’s unclear if the couple called off their divorce in light of recent events or because they still care for each other. An alleged source told Us Weekly that “everything is on hold right now while she’s with Lamar,” while another source told E! News that the couple is still very much in love with each other.
