Khloé Kardashian Breakup Has Fans Asking: Is James Harden Cursed?
Surely you’ve heard of the Drake curse, but James Harden? Cursed?
After the split from Khloé Kardashian, fans are beginning to wonder if James Harden is, in fact, cursed.
You have to remember, James Harden hasn’t exactly had the year he’s hoped for. Sure, he played in the 2015 NBA Finals, but the outcome wasn’t what he’d hoped. Not only that, but Harden had the finals MVP award essentially taken from his hands, and now all this drama with the Khloé Kardashian breakup.
Fans are beginning to notice.

The idea that James Harden is cursed isn’t exactly new. In fact, during the NBA Finals, rapper Lil B threatened to put a hex on the Houston Rockets player because, as Lil B puts it, Harden was “stealing Lil B swag without showing love.” According to TMZ, that means Harden was doing the “Lil B cooking dance” every time he made a great play.
Harden never gave Lil B the credit Lil B believed he deserved, so Lil B says he put a curse on Harden. To make matters worse, Lil B feels as if Harden dissed him on Instagram Wednesday — the very day that news broke about James and Khloé’s breakup. As a result of the Instagram diss, (which can be seen below,) Lil B told TMZ that he has re-cursed Harden, saying “the curse is officially back active.”
“It’s disgusting… (Harden is) still in denial… he will pay for the blatant disrespect and no honor to the originator. All he has to do is show love. Harden has gone too far this time.”

The most recent round of “Is James Harden Cursed?” was set off when news broke that James Harden’s girlfriend, Khloé Kardashian, had cancelled her divorce from husband, Lamar Odom. Despite the fact that Harden and Kardashian began dating mid summer, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has spent the past week at the hospital bedside of her formerly-estranged husband, Lamar Odom.
Former NBA player Lamar Odom was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital on October 13 after he was found unconscious in a Las Vegas-are brothel. According to the 911 call, Odom had blood dripping from his nose and white foam oozing from his mouth. Initial reports indicated that Odom may have taken a potentially lethal combination of cocaine and a sexual performance-enhancing drug.
Throughout the entire Lamar Odom ordeal, reports indicate that James Harden has been “as supportive as humanly possible given the situation.” According to People, Harden understands that Lamar “essentially has zero consistent family other than the Kardashians,” and “the last thing (Harden) would want to do would be to add more stress to her plate.”
Despite the claims of the James Harden curse, some believe that the split from Khloé Kardashian was not a curse at all, but a blessing in disguise.
