Romanian Dad Forces Toddler To Drink And Smoke While Friend Laughs [NSFW Graphic Video]

A Romanian toddler was filmed being made to smoke a cigarette and drink a beer in a video that has swept the internet and outraged the public, and now his father is being hunted by police.

The video footage shows a man, presumed to be the toddler’s father, sitting with the young boy on his lap and repeatedly forcing the child to take drags of a cigarette and swigs from a glass of beer.

A man seated next to him is heard laughing about the vulgar display of child abuse, reports the Daily Mail.

“That’s what being a real man is all about.”

The film, thought to have been taken outside a Spanish café, begins with the Romanian man holding the toddler on his lap and laughing, but the video becomes disturbing very quickly.

The man holding the toddler on his lap places a lit cigarette in the child’s mouth and the men laugh when he takes a drag and exhales smoke.

Then the man offers the toddler a sip of beer, which he drinks while the men laugh.

The scene repeats itself with the toddler taking more drags off the cigarette and more long pulls from the glass of beer. The one-minute video ends with an unlit cigarette being place in the toddler’s mouth. He realizes it’s not lit and looks around to dad for a light.

It’s obvious this isn’t the first time the father has forced his toddler son to drink and smoke, as the child has no problem inhaling the smoke or downing the beer.

The disturbing footage of child abuse was posted to Facebook by Daniel Tecu, a Romanian native who lives in Spain; he asked the public for help in identifying the two men in the video. Outrage over the video has swept over Europe and a public outcry has prompted a police manhunt for the father of the child seen in the video.

Facebook user Doina Dicu was one of many commenters who demanded something be done about the disturbing child abuse in the video, reports the Independent.

“This man has to lose his parental rights. Childcare officials should do something.”

Facebook user Mihaela Stanciu also expressed outrage at the father’s behavior.

“There should be an exam for everyone who wants to have a child. If you fail, you can’t have them.”

The men in the video have so far not been identified, but police in Spain, where the video is thought to have been taken, are hunting for the father in the video.

This video is an extreme case of child abuse, but sadly isn’t the only one of its kind.

In June, a 2-year-old toddler was removed from his home in England after a judge decided his living conditions represented a threat to his health. The toddler, who was already using an inhaler, was said to be living in a “cloud of smoke,” while the home was described as “dirty, smelly and unhygienic,” according to the Inquisitr.

The toddler was removed from his home, placed in foster care and put up for adoption with the judge commenting the child deserved a chance at a healthy life.

In 2013, a Washington mom took a cell phone video of her toddler son taking a hit from a marijuana bong. That child was also removed from the home.

She was arrested for unlawfully delivering a controlled substance to a minor and manufacturing marijuana, while the father was arrested with three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and manufacturing marijuana, according to an earlier Inquisitr report.
