No, Kate Middleton Is Not Meddling In Prince Harry’s Love Life – Duchess Rumored To Hate Cressida Bonas [Rumor]
Kate Middleton is almost certainly not meddling in Prince Harry’s love-life, as various reports are emerging that state the Duchess Of Cambridge has allegedly forbidden Prince Harry from reconciling with Cressida Bonas.
Sources for Life & Style, via Yahoo, have insisted that Kate Middleton doesn’t like Cressida Bonas at all. Their reasoning for Middleton’s disdain? Well, it’s because Cressida Bonas’ sister is Isabella-Gough-Calthorpe, who allegedly used to date Prince William, and has been described by some as “the one that got away.”
The insider for the publication continued, “Kate doesn’t like Cressida at all. It’s not just that she thinks Cressida isn’t a love match for Harry. It goes deeper than that. She doesn’t want her in the family. Kate’s even told William to warn Harry against her. She does not trust Cressida.”
Here’s the thing, though, while Kate Middleton might be a little bit jealous or hold some slight resentment toward Calthorpe because of her previous relationship with Prince William, the fact that the Duchess Of Cambridge ultimately married the Duke Of Cambridge and now has two children with him should put all of those issues to rest.
Plus, another reason why this story just doesn’t add up is the fact that, while Kate Middleton and Prince William have been married for four years, Isabella Calthorpe has also been married for over two years now.
Calthorpe, who even attended the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, and because of her closeness to the Duke appeared regularly in the pages of tabloid magazines, exchanged vows with Sam Branson on March 6, 2013 at a safari lodge near Kruger National Park.
Sam Branson is the son and heir to Richard Branson, who has a fortune of around $3.4 billion. Just like Kate Middleton and Prince William, who are the mother and father to Prince George and Princess Charlotte, respectively, Sam Branson and Isabella Calthorpe have their own child, Eva-Deia Branson, who was born earlier this year on February 19.
Over the last few months there have been a variety of reports linking Prince Harry with a reunion to either Cressida Bonas or another one of his ex-girlfriends, Chelsy Davy. While he dated Bonas for around two years, Harry and Davy were together for around five years.
Speculation over Harry and Cressida Bonas increased after they were pictured together celebrating his 31st birthday last month in London. However, source for the Daily Mail, via the Irish Independent, soon insisted that their relationship was just platonic.
“Cressida is very fond of him but, well, he didn’t quite cut the mustard. The issues that were there when they broke up haven’t changed. I think Harry just expected Cress to keep up with his lifestyle. But she isn’t wealthy, she’s a hard-working girl who just couldn’t do that.”
Prince Harry recently insisted that he had no plans to settle down just yet, however he has always made it known that he would love to settle down and have children at some point in the near future.
Harry explained, “There comes times when you think now is the time to settle down, or now is not, whatever way it is but I don’t think you can force these things, it will happen when it’s going to happen.”
He then added, “Of course I would love to have kids right now but there’s a process that one has to go through and tours like this are great fun, hopefully I’m doing all right by myself, it would be great to have someone else next to me to share the pressure, but you know, time will come and whatever happens, happens.”
