Scott Disick reportedly checked into rehab for alcohol and drug abuse last weekend. The treatment facility is said to be located in Malibu, California, reports say.

The 32-year-old reality star checked into rehab after posting an Instagram photo that says “Never Give Up” written in pink and white chalk.

In March, Disick also checked into a rehab center after a weekend of alcohol consumption. At the time, he said he was receiving treatment from a Costa Rican facility that uses a hallucinogen to help its patients.

However, less than a week after his admission, Disick left the rehab and went back to L.A., saying he was busy with work so he could not complete the supposed three-week program.

According to a TMZ report, he is hoping to get unsupervised visitation with his three kids: Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months.

Also, a source told Hollywood Life that Disick is confident that he and Kourtney Kardashian will get back together. The couple split in July after Disick was spotted getting cozy with his ex-girlfriend during a beach holiday.

Reports claim that he is serious about completing his rehab stint, as he is afraid to lose custody of his children. One source revealed that after his program, he will proceed to his next plan, and that is winning Kourtney back.

“Scott is confident that he can get Kourtney back after he finishes rehab,” a source told Hollywood Life.

According to People, Disick wants to “make it stick this time because he has come close to losing everything.”

However, another insider said reconciliation is impossible as of now. After being photographed with his ex-girlfriend, Disick was spotted partying all night with friends and hanging out with an 18-year-old model who was rumored to be his new girlfriend.

“Kourtney is not taking Scott back – never, as of right now,” the source confirmed. “Kourtney has been through a lot of drama with Scott over the years but it’s for real this time.”

People also reported that Kourtney is not going to allow Disick to share custody of their three kids. The source went on to say that Kourtney thinks her former partner is “not fit to be a parent without supervision.” The mother of three will only allow “supervised and limited visits” between Disick and her children.

Kardashian’s troubled ex checked into rehab before Lamar was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel on Tuesday.

According to rumors, Disick is presently “depressed and out of control.” Some claim he has been taking a combination of prescription medication with illegal drugs and alcohol.

Us Weekly reported that the reality star takes cocaine, Ativan, and Xanax, and drowns himself in alcohol during his long benders. The magazine also revealed that Disick felt he has not been able to keep a clear head recently. A reliable source told the publication that Kourtney’s ex “does a lot of coke,” drinks excessive amounts of alcohol, and take other kinds of drugs.

Disick allegedly “takes downers and benzos (benzodiazepines, such as Xanax), which slow your heart after you’ve sped up,” the source added.

It does not end there because “The Lord,” as he calls himself, takes Ativan before bed, an insider close to Disick revealed.

Despite their split, Kourtney is still worried about the father of her children. In a recent episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, she said she worries about her ex’s safety.

“[H]e definitely has a problem that he has to deal with, so it’s hard. I feel like my emotions get all over the place,” she explained.

Disick may be facing a tough time now, but everybody is hoping he finds his way to recovery.
