Rob Kardashian Out Of Hiding, Rushes To Possibly ‘Brain Dead’ Lamar Odom’s Bedside

Rob Kardashian hasn’t been seen in public for several week, but upon hearing of Lamar Odom’s dire condition, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has reportedly come out of hiding to travel to Las Vegas, where the possibly “brain dead” Odom has been hospitalized.

Although TMZ recently claimed Odom’s organs were failing as many members of the Kardashian family rushed to his bedside, including Rob Kardashian, Scott Disick, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, and Kris Jenner, another report, via Chyann’s Corner, claimed on October 14 that he may also be brain dead.

Rob Kardashian and Odom became extremely close during Odom’s four-year marriage to Rob Kardashian’s sister Khloe. After the newlyweds purchased a home together, Rob Kardashian moved in, and the trio soon began filming their Keeping Up with the Kardashians spinoff, Khloe & Lamar. On the show, the bond between Rob Kardashian and Odom was clear, so when Odom and Khloe parted ways in 2013, he was understandably impacted. Many have even suspected Rob Kardashian’s ongoing weight struggles and issues with depression worsened because of his sister’s split.

For the last couple of years, Rob Kardashian has been struggling with his issues to the point where he has rarely stepped out in Los Angeles. While he lives in the paparazzi-infested town, Rob Kardashian is rarely photographed and has been said to be “in hiding” for the last several months. Still, his personal issues didn’t stop Rob Kardashian from joining together with his family to be by Odom’s side as he fights for his life.

As TMZ reported on October 13, Odom was found unconscious on Tuesday afternoon at Dennis Hof’s Love Ranch South in Pahrump, Nevada. Sources claimed the former NBA star had been partying at the establishment since Saturday and was found by a woman who entered his VIP room. Once inside, the unnamed woman discovered Odom unconscious, and a manager later flipped him over to find that mucus was running out of his mouth and nose. After calling 911, an ambulance arrived, and Odom was taken to a nearby hospital. Although it was initially believed that he had been airlifted to another facility a short while later, it has since been confirmed that Odom’s stature (he’s six-foot-10) got in the way of his air transfer, and he was ultimately taken to the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas.

Currently, Rob Kardashian’s longtime friend is in a coma and breathing with the assistance of machines.

“Lamar is still alive, but he is breathing with the assistance of machines and remains in critical condition,” TMZ reported at 9:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

Then, hours later, in their latest health update regarding Odom, the site revealed, “Lamar is still in a coma and his heart is failing… our source says he is having serious problems with his kidneys and lungs as well. Khloe Kardashian is currently by his side.”

As for what went down at the brothel, TMZ claimed there is an ongoing investigation.

“The Sheriff also says the call came in at 3:15 PM for an unresponsive male at the Love Ranch. Paramedics treated Odom and he was taken to a nearby hospital. Sheriff’s detectives conducted an investigation at the brothel. It’s unclear what, if anything, they found on scene.”

Us Weekly reported that Rob Kardashian, as well as Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick, were en route to Odom’s bedside on October 13.

Rob Kardashian has stayed silent on social media throughout the tragic ordeal.
