The two have been together for a long time, and Scott often talked about how he wanted things to change in the relationship. They weren’t making out or holding hands, but Kourtney Kardashian knows him well and could know what he is up to. But things could be getting serious, as they were spotted in New York together earlier this week. It sounds like they are now traveling together.
