Brandi Glanville Wants Joanna Krupa’s Lawsuit Thrown Out, Claims ‘Real Housewives’ Contract Forbids It?

Brandi Glanville wants Joanna Krupa’s lawsuit to be thrown out. Following reports, which claimed Brandi Glanville’s request to have the suit thrown out were declined, a new report has surfaced, alleging the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star believes her fellow reality star’s legal proceedings against her go against their Bravo contracts.

On October 1, TMZ revealed Brandi Glanville recently noted that Krupa was unable to sue her due to the terms of a contract she signed to appear on The Real Housewives of Miami. Although Krupa no longer appears on the show, as it has been off the air for two years, the comments made by Brandi Glanville, which garnered the suit, came on the heels of the reunion special, when Krupa was likely still under contract. While Brandi Glanville admittedly hasn’t seen Krupa’s contact herself, it’s safe to say she’s fairly educated on the topic, as her contract to appear on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was probably very similar.

Brandi Glanville made shocking allegations against Krupa while appearing on an episode of Watch What Happens Live. At the time, Brandi Glanville not only claimed Krupa’s lady parts gave off a foul odor, but also proclaimed she had engaged in an affair with Mohamed Hadid when he was married to Brandi Glanville’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Yolanda Foster. According to Brandi Glanville, she was given the information by Hadid himself, and another one of her co-stars, Lisa Vanderpump, was within earshot when the conversation allegedly happened.

Brandi Glanville then repeated her allegations during a second appearance on the show, which ultimately sent Krupa over the edge and led her to file a defamation lawsuit against her. The suit, which was filed early this year, remains active, and when the case is ultimately seen in court, if it makes it to that point, a couple of Brandi Glanville’s co-stars are expected to appear.

Just before filming her suit against Brandi Glanville, Krupa went on a rant against her while speaking to TMZ in Los Angeles.

“I think Brandi Glanville is the biggest trailer trash woman out there. I just saw on E! News her interview with Andy Cohen talking about my stuff again. She needs to get a life, okay? First of all, I’m happily married, I’m sorry that you’re so pathetic your ex-husband left you. Stop talking about me. Does she have nothing better to do in her life. It’s getting too much, like she’s trailer trash. That’s what she is. She’s so obsessed with me. She can’t stop talking about me. Why would Andy talk bad about me when she’s making stuff up to make herself famous? I don’t know what she’s doing.”

Brandi Glanville joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during its second season as a friend of the ladies. Then, ahead of Season 3, she was promoted to a full-time role, which she held until Season 5 concluded. However, when it comes to her possible Season 6 return, things aren’t looking good for Brandi Glanville, as the season has been in production since June and she has yet to be seen in front of the cameras.

As for Krupa, her Real Housewives franchise, the Miami-based series, has reportedly been cancelled.

In response to Brandi Glanville’s latest claims, Krupa’s lawyer has accused Glanville of trying everything she can in hopes that “something sticks.”
