Kaley Cuoco Divorce Rumors: Cheating, Jealousy Alleged As Actress Splits With Ryan Sweeting

Kaley Cuoco is headed for divorce, and rumors indicate that jealousy and infidelity may have torn the actress apart from husband Ryan Sweeting.

The couple announced this week that they were ending their marriage just shy of the two-year mark.

“Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage,” her rep said to Us Weekly in a statement. “They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter.”

Though neither Cuoco nor Sweeting revealed the reason for their divorce, past rumors indicated that there may have been infidelity and feelings of resentment building between the famous couple.

Even before the split was announced this week, there had been lingering reports that Cuoco may still have a connection to her ex-boyfriend and fellow Big Bang Theory star Johnny Galecki. The two had dated for several months.

“Friends of the couple are whispering that their dysfunctional marriage is about to crumble into divorce,” a Celeb Dirty Laundry report noted last year.

The report went on to claim that Sweeting was growing tired of the way his wife treated him.

“She’s started bossing Ryan around and treating him like a houseboy,” a source claimed. “They’ve been fighting a lot because he tells her she’s not a star at home.”

But Kaley Cuoco did her best to keep the divorce rumors at bay. When reports of trouble surfaced last November, the Big Bang Theory actress took to Instagram to post a picture of the pair together, looking very happy.

Even earlier this week, just days before the couple would announce their divorce, Cuoco was saying publicly that there were no problems in the marriage and that Sweeting was perfectly fine with the relationship she had maintained with Galecki.

“We dated like five years ago, so I think everyone’s moved on,” Cuoco-Sweeting said on Watch What Happens Live on Sunday night (via People magazine). “Johnny’s actually one of my best friends. It’s a situation that ended well, I understand sometimes it doesn’t.”

Cuoco added that the two men in her life were getting along just well.

“Ryan loves him, Johnny loves him. It’s been a long time, so it’s great,” she said. “I got lucky. It could have been horrible.”

There may have been signs that Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting would head for divorce. The couple was together a very short time before getting married.

But Cuoco herself defended the short courtship, saying in late 2014 the she knew it was the right time to get married.

“I admit it happened fast, but that’s who I am,” she said in an interview with Cosmopolitan. “When we met, I knew he was the one. [At my wedding], I felt like a rock star and a bad**s. What was amazing in that room, it was so full of love.”

There may have been other troubling signs as well, and perhaps a bit of Hollywood bad luck. Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting moved into a 7-bedroom home in Tarzana, California, a few months after tying the knot. The $5.49 million home had been previously owned by Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian and her husband, Lamar Odom.

Khloe and Lamar split up two years ago, and finalized their divorce in July.

The Big Bang Theory actress could already be moving on from Ryan Sweeting. There are rumors (via Celeb Dirty Laundry) that Kaley Cuoco is following up her divorce by renewing her relationship with ex Johnny Galecki.
