One Direction star Louis Tomlinson and bandmates Harry Styles, Liam Payne, and Niall Horan are back in the UK for the final leg of their “On the Road Again” world tour. As reported in the Inquisitr, Louis and the boys spent Tuesday evening playing a well-received intimate show at London’s Roundhouse. Tomlinson and the rest of One Direction now head off to London’s O2 Arena where tonight they will play the first of six sold-out shows. Louis and the others then move off around the UK and Ireland for a further 19 shows before the tour wraps up on October 31.

The Daily Mail reports that after Tuesday’s successful iTunes festival performance, Louis and Niall Horan had a night on the town with Little Mix singers Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall. As any One Direction fan will know, Perrie was engaged to former One Direction star Zayn Malik until he dumped her, reportedly by text message.

Louis and 1D had been supported by Perrie’s group during Tuesday’s gig and afterwards the foursome headed off to London’s trendy Maliki club in London’s exclusive Mayfair district. The four stars partied together until the early hours.

One Direction fans will be well aware that Tomlinson is a massive football fan. Louis has a long-standing passion for his hometown club Doncaster Rovers. There have even been rumors in the past that Louis could even buy the club. Back in April, the Mirror reported that Louis had turned out to play for Doncaster Rovers in a charity match, something that he has done on a number of occasions.

Given his love of “The Beautiful Game,” Louis found it hard to disguise his delight and excitement at meeting one of the game’s greatest ever players. Louis took to Twitter to share a picture of himself meeting the legendary Brazilian player Pele.

Tomlinson told his 20 million Twitter followers that meeting Pele was an “absolute dream” and that Pele was a “true gentleman” and the “best footballer of all time.” Louis couldn’t hide his grin in the picture, which shows him holding a Brazilian shirt that had been autographed by the great man.

As everyone must know by now Louis and his bandmates are releasing their fifth album on November 13 and will do a round of promotional work. Once that is complete, One Direction will split, at least temporarily whilst Louis and his pals pursue solo projects.
