Michelle Obama And Daughters Attend Beyonce Concert

Beyonce gave her first post-baby performance on Friday night at the Revel in Atlantic City. But last night’s performance may have been a little more special as Michelle Obama, Malia, and Sasha were all in attendance.

MSNBC reports that Michelle, who is a huge Beyonce fan, dance along with the crowd to two dozen songs and even sang along with her girls to “Love on Top.” Earlier this week, Michelle said that she wanted to BE Beyonce.

Michelle said:

“Gosh, if I had some gift, I’d be Beyoncé. I’d be some great singer. The power of music, being able to play an instrument. … It looks like musicians just have the most fun.”

The adulation, however, went both ways. Earlier this month Beyonce penned a letter to Michelle thanking her for being “The ULTIMATE example of a truly strong African-American woman.”

Beyonce said:

“I am proud to have my daughter grow up in a world where she has people like you to look up to.”

Beyonce played several of her own hits during the Revel show in Atlantic City, but she also paid tribute to several other singers. Beyonce sang Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You,” Lauryn Hill’s “Ex-Factor,” and gave Donna Summer a shout-out during “Naughty Girl.”
