Team USA Women’s soccer is back, and fans can watch America’s feel-good team live online as they take on Haiti in the latest match of the FIFA Women’s World Cup winners’ victory tour that kicked off in August with two matches against Costa Rica; a set that Team USA won by a combined score of 15-2.
The two-match series against Haiti appears likely to go pretty much the same way. However, that was not the original plan for Coach Jill Ellis and her team who were scheduled to play both matches against World Cup quarter-finalists Australia; games that would have posed a real challenge to the World Champions.
Unfortunately, the Australia players were locked in a labor dispute with their country’s soccer federation and were forced to cancel their stateside trip as a result.

The second match of the two-game set against Haiti is set for Sunday in Birmingham, Alabama.
The Team USA squad will be largely the same as the lineup that won the World Cup in July, with Crystal Dunn as the only new addition. Dunn has tallied 15 goals for her National Women’s Soccer League club, the Washington Spirit, this season.
But American fans will have at least one player to root for on the Haiti end of the field as well. Darline Radamaker, a former Haitian orphan who is only 16-years-old, was adopted and raised by a Michigan family, Rick and Lynn Radamaker, but will play for the country of her birth in both matches against Team USA.
She told the Detroit News that her dream is to score a goal for her country against the World Cup champs.
“I don’t even know how to describe how amazing the feeling would be,” the youjng midfielder said. “I would probably collapse on the field. I would not know what happened. It would be overwhelming and incredible.”
