What time does the Dancing with the Stars Season 21 premiere start on September 14 and how can you watch it live online? Fans will be able to watch their favorite celebrities compete for the Mirrorball trophy on their local ABC TV channel, but viewers in select cities will also be able to watch ABC’s ballroom dance competition through a live stream on their laptop, tablet or smartphone (details below).

The two-hour season premiere begins at 8 p.m. ET on Monday night. Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews return as co-hosts and Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Julianne Hough will be judging the celebs and their pro dance partners this season. US Weekly reports that judge Len Goodman will not return to DWTS this season, but the network will bring in guest judges to fill his seat.

While the live stream is free, you must verify that you have a paid television provider — such as Comcast, Verizon FOs, XFINITY, Cox, and ATT U-verse — in order to activate the live stream feature. According to ABC, live stream video service is only available to viewers in New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh-Durham, Chicago, Fresno, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Social media is a great way to catch up on the latest information about your favorite celebrity dancers. By following the official Dancing with the Stars Twitter account, @DancingABC, you’ll be privy to live-tweet events and more. All of the celebrities and their pro-dance partners have Twitter and Instagram accounts — follow your favorites and don’t forget to vote for them every week to help save them from elimination.

The Dancing with the Stars two-night premiere kicks off on Monday at 8 p.m. ET, followed by a two-hour show on Tuesday starting at 9 p.m. ET. According to Buddy TV, all of this week’s dances will be performed on Monday’s premiere. ABC will re-air the performances again on Tuesday night along with a look behind the scenes and interviews with the cast.

The first round of eliminations begin next week, with cast members going home on both Monday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 22.
