Taylor Swift Fan Spent Months Knitting Sweater–Singer’s Reaction Is Priceless
A very dedicated Taylor Swift fan wanted to show how much she loved the Grammy-winning singer, so she spent months knitting her a sweater. When Taylor received the special gift, her reaction was priceless.
Taylor Swift fans love the pop sensation for her down to earth personality and her obvious care when it comes to her followers. In turn, she receives unconditional love and loyalty from her fan base.
Thanks to social media we know the woman is from Colorado and her name is Jadda. The Taylor Swift fan told BuzzFeed she spent eight-months knitting the sweater and was hoping to have it ready by the time the singer’s 1989 World Tour kick-off, but she didn’t make it.
“I started working on this sweater in September, a couple of weeks after you released ‘Shake It Off’ as a single. 1000s stitches have gone into this handmade knitted sweater. I hope you like it!!”

An excited Taylor Swift fan then explained that she was hesitant to try to approach the singer and give her the sweater. Her opportunity came when Taylor visited Colorado.
“I went to both nights in Denver, and the first night I saw Taylor’s mom in the sound booth behind the B stage and I was actually wearing the sweater, but I didn’t try to get her attention because I didn’t want to bother her.”
“Night two I was at the B stage again and I was hoping it would be the same situation where I would see Andrea (Swift’s mother) and I could just hand off the sweater and a little letter I had written about my experience with Taylor’s music and how she has helped me over the years.”
Jadda’s boyfriend got Andrea’s attention during the second show and she talked to her and even got their photo taken. The Taylor Swift fan handed the sweater to the singer’s mom and gave her the special letter she had written Taylor telling her about how her music has affected her life. Taylor later thanked Jadda on a very sweet Tumblr post.
“I have found my mysterious knitter!!!”
“Jadda, I absolutely love it and it’s so comfortable. I can definitely tell it was made with love. Thank you so so so much.”
It is safe to say that Jadda will be a Taylor Swift fan for life and had the best night of her life.
