Blac Chyna And Amber Rose Embrace The Word ‘Slut’ At The MTV VMAs

Blac Chyna and her equally-voluptuous BFF, Amber Rose, decided to make a statement at the MTV VMAs, and they used their words to do so. However, they didn’t have to speak — they wore their message on their bodies.

Blac Chyna and Amber Rose responded to their haters by turning their cruel words into a fashion statement. Blac wore a brightly-colored jumpsuit adorned with words like “slut,” “whore,” and “stripper,” and Amber wore a dress featuring the same provocative print. During an interview with MTV VMAs host Kelly Osbourne, Blac Chyna explained why they chose their attention-grabbing outfits.

“We basically wanted to paint a picture of what everybody already says about us.”

“I have slut written across my vagina…I wish I was a whore,” Amber Rose added. “My social life would be much more exciting.”

It’s possible that one of the haters Rose was trying to send a message to was her ex, Kanye West. He sings a song titled “Gold Digger,” and Rose did have these words plastered on her chest. According to ETonline, Kanye majorly dissed Amber during an interview on the Breakfast Club radio show earlier this year.

“By the way, it’s very hard for a woman to want to be with someone that’s with Amber Rose,” he said. “I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim.”

However, it’s likely that Rose and Blac Chyna weren’t just trying to fight slut-shaming by making insults stylish and fun — wearing those outrageous outfits to the MTV VMAs was the perfect way to promote their rumored reality show. Because of their connections to the reality juggernauts that are the Kardashians, Amber and Blac Chyna have become regular tabloid fixtures. Some people might think that Blac Chyna is bitter about losing her ex to 18-year-old Kylie Jenner, but Tyga’s relationship with the reality show star has actually benefited Blac by raising her profile. If Kylie Jenner and Tyga weren’t dating, it’s possible that she wouldn’t have her own reality show in the works.

According to TMZ, the reality show will reportedly “focus on Amber and Chyna taking care of their kids while juggling work, including club appearances.” There’s no word on when it will air if it does get picked up, but maybe filming will start in time for Amber’s upcoming SlutWalk. According to LAist, the event will take place in Los Angeles on October 3. Its goal is to empower women and encourage them to take a stand against slut-shaming and victim-blaming.
