Tyga Ordered To Pay Rent Or Vacate, Proves He’s Not Broke By Flashing Cash
Tyga has been slapped with a new lawsuit from another landlord. The 25-year-old rapper now owes $70,000 in back rent. It sounds like Tyga just needs to move in with Kylie Jenner.
According to a report, via TMZ on Wednesday, August 26, Tyga has been ordered to pay $70,000 for back rent on a house he rented in the gated community of Calabasas. The home is just a few minutes away from Kylie Jenner’s $2.7 million mansion. Since Tyga skipped out on court and claimed that he’s not the renter of the house, he will have to dish out more money.
In retaliation, the “Rack City” rapper filed a lawsuit against the landlord. According to Tyga, he agreed to buy the property – not rent it – and even gave $200,000 as a down payment towards the $8 million home. But the landlord says that if Tyga doesn’t owe him the back rent, he’s expected to pack up and move out by Monday. Tyga already owes $150,000 in back rent to various other landlords.
This new report comes just days after Life & Style Weekly claimed that the rapper is going broke to please his rumored girlfriend. An insider told the Hollywood Life that Tyga’s bank account is bleeding dry as he entices Kylie with lavish gifts and expensive shopping trips.
“Kylie is spoiled and used to getting what she wants. Tyga buys her nice things all the time, but she’s only satisfied for a few days before she wants something else.”
Fans have been wondering for months if the rapper’s struggling to pay his bills. Tyga surprised his rumored Jenner girlfriend with a $320,000 white Ferrari for her 18th birthday. That very next day, the Celebrity Net Worth website reported that the rapper is only worth $5 million.
Tyga is fighting the rumors that he’s struggling to make ends meet. He was seen flashing some cash on Thursday afternoon, according to another TMZ report. Hopefully that money’s going to one of his landlords. The rapper was seen withdrawing money from a bank in Calabasas. Tyga was photographed with a huge wad of hundred dollar bills in one of his hands. He made sure that the paps got a photo of it before he got into his car and drove off.

To top it all off, T-Raww drove off in a black Bentley with tinted windows. Nope, Tyga’s not struggling at all.
According to the TMZ report, the rapper probably didn’t spend the nearly $300,000 for Kylie Jenner’s Ferrari. Both fans and the media think that it was momager Kris Jenner who gifted her daughter with the vehicle, as Tyga takes credits for it.
However, the insider confirmed to the Hollywood Life that Tyga purchased the white hot Ferrari, although it doesn’t come with all the upgrades that she wanted.
