Jimmy Fallon Lies And Drinks Whiskey With Heidi Klum [Video]
Jimmy Fallon hosted Heidi Klum on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on August 19, 2015, and managed to rope her into playing a game called “Box of Lies.” Heidi is well known for being a stunning model, television host, and businesswoman, but could she out-wit and out-lie Jimmy?
When the crowd heard the name of the game, cheers went up immediately. E! Online explained the game rules of the familiar Jimmy Fallon audience favorite.
“As fans of the reoccurring segment know, the rules are simple: each player begins by removing a box from a shelf. Without showing his or her opponent its contents, he or she must decide whether to describe its contents or invent an alternative story on the spot. The opponent then debates its veracity. And it’s safe to say the German beauty isn’t a fabulous liar.”
Yes, for better or worse, Heidi isn’t the best at lying – her first item was a small tub full of miniature bottles of the cinnamon whiskey Fireball, and Heidi attempted to trick Jimmy into thinking she had a “shadow box of butterflies.” Jimmy didn’t buy it for a moment, but it payed off for Heidi as they each took a long swig of a bottle.
Things got exciting after that, as Jimmy mockingly slurred, “You’re… you’re my best friend.”

Jimmy Fallon must be equally bad at lying, since Heidi was quickly able to guess that his item was not really “a Jello mold with Justin Bieber heads in it,” but in actuality was a Slinky filled with Monopoly money. You really have to give it to whichever interns set up these items – they were strange, unusual, and varied.
The Daily Mail explained the setup for the next item – a strange patch of grass with a set of wax lips sat atop it.
“Klum’s next box had an air of double entendre: ‘It’s a patch of… moss with a plastic mouth on it,’ she said. ‘Heidi, we air at a certain time and I’m not sure this is appropriate,’ giggled Fallon.”
Jimmy really doubted himself and his guessing skills when Heidi told the truth about the grass-wax-lips combo.
She said, “I’m not sure you would know what those lips are… because in Germany, they might be made of chocolate.”
While he might not have been right, that shot in the dark managed to score him another point.

Heidi was confused by many of the objects and their combinations, but she put all her energy into tricking Jimmy Fallon. No doubt that Klum headed out of the studio and straight for Google to figure out why a “patch of moss with a mouth on it” was so funny to the audience.
